Hey guys, i'm Yankee, also known as James.
First things first, don't let the name deceive you, i'm 100% Australian born, bred, and locale.
19 years old, been a Mass Effect whore since it was announced, while not an achievement winner, by any means, i still love the game and am currently on my 6th or 7th playthrough using my 5th character. (nearly all of them have been soldiers! lol)

Anyway, a little about me, i've been a Roleplay whore for god knows how long, starting simple on Runescape, but moving up to JK2, and then to JK3, where ispent a total of 5 years between them. As the JK3 (jedi knight 3) server that we used got shut down we moved to text RP, so i'm no foreigner to that concept either.

So i'm here, hopefully for a while, and am interested in kicking it off in style, but as usual, and being completely new to Mass Effect RP outside the game, and knowing no one, or anything about this little community (which Wikipedia linked me to, by the way), I am at a mild loss as to where to start.

I have MSN messenger, and skype, for those who wish to add me should you find me cute, cuddly and adorable - or those who just wanna help out the new guy, lol.

Cute and Cuddly....

Being mildly humourous is in my nature - I tend to try to give people "the fuzzies" or "the tickles", or generally trying to make them laugh a little while they sit at their computer.

However, given the fact the site is just coming back to life, i actually think its a better time to get involved - ya know? - while its a little bit quieter.

So i suppose what i'm asking for is what people are after in terms of a character? Are they all military? What races are allowed and/or limited? Pirates? Mercenaries? Bankers? Shop owners? Cleaners? Traffic controllers? Homeless people? Doctors? Surgeons? Armament contractors? Construction workers? How many characters are you allowed to have? (on other communities i have several - which allows me to be involved in several threads at once) Where's the best place to start? Who do i talk to if i want to become bum-buddies with the admins? (kidding kids, relax).

Roleplay is something i'm very enthusiastic about, and something i'm proud to have been doing for so many years. And while i definitely get involved, i certainly know how to shake the shit out of the apple tree and have a bit of fun at it. So? Who's up for helping the newbie? (newb. NOT n00b.)

You can have as many characters as you can handle, and they can be anything you want.
