Biography: James was born and raised on a ranch near San Antonio Texas. After serving in the Alliance Military for five months, he was dishonourably discharged due to several incidents, including starting an illegal cockfighting ring, and smuggling weapons-grade explosive, selling them do people celebrating Armastice Day on several colonies.

James now serves as a private military contractor for several orginizations, including the Alliance Military, as well as several corperations and private shipping companies.

Flannery primarily uses Hahne-Kedar Armor and Weapons, excluding his custom build triple-barrel Katana shotgun, which he has dubbed affectionatly "Steel Thunder."

James is currently looking for work in the Citadel Wards.
