Barralo and Cortez Shipping Firm's head office complex lies overlooking the lower wards. The building consists of three rooms: the lobby, located at the enterance, Retona Barralo's office, and the company board room. Reception is located in the lobby.

The name "Barralo and Cortez" gives one the impression that the company is opperated by two people, however, this is not the case. The small shiping firm was started by Miltona Barralo and Richard Cortez in 2187. Since then, both partners have died, and the company is run solely by Miltona's great grandson Retona Barralo.

The term "Shipping Firm" is also misleading. Rather than this, the term "Proffesional Smuggling Firm" may be more accurate, but it would probably be bad for the company's reputation in the citadel. And unlike most smugglers, Barralo has managed to aquire several licenses which make his work perfectly legal. However, the means in which he aquired these licenses were probably not.

Now, a recent addition to the office was a series of signs posted throughout the property. The largest of these signs was beside the front door. It read:
