The Solace:
A 5 year old service vessel, it is no under command of a private military company. No weapons exist on the ship due to its primary function as a Research and Exploration ship. Several hardpoints exist for attaching armaments to the ship. It is roughly 750 feet long, 100 feet wide, and 50 feet in height.

Living Quarters (There are 6 rooms, each with a dual bunk-beds. Plus captains quarters 13 total capacity)
Mess Hall
Recreational Room
Exercise Room
Infirmary
Bridge
Armory
Deck 2:
Cryostasis Chamber
Engineering Center
Research/Observation/Surveying Area
Cargo Bay
Airlock (25 feet across, 12 feet high)
There are also maintenance ducts running throughout the ship to Engineering.
