New Dawn was founded 2153 with the settlement of extra-solar worlds. Founded by a group of wealthy former soldiers of the Alliance. With a fleet of Research Vessels, they surveyed 50% of the now occupied human colonies. They were also hired by several colonies to provide police like services.

With the Contact War, their company became a tool of war. With more funding for less members, the firm provided soldiers when hired by the Systems Alliance.

Once the universe started to resettle from the violent wars over the decades, it went back to its former state. They were hired by several mining companies to provide surveys of potential planets.

Currently, the company is for hire. Its only business is a few Research jobs here and there.

- Systems Alliance ( Plant EMP devices on Mos Espn )

Using the vessel Solace, a crew will plant EMP devices on Mos Espn in the vicinity of Harthum, the colonies capital city, to slow down the Geth. The Geth have an interest in the colony and have sent suerveyours to prep the planet for invasion. The last Alliance Reconnaissance Patrol put only about 10-15 enemies on the planet, but the Geth have moved about 2000 soldiers to the planet, unknown to New Dawn or Alliance.
