Appearance: Neil has blonde hair. He had longer messy hair as a kid but after joining the military he got his hair shaved down to a buzz cut. He also has some facial hair, but not a whole lot. He has light blue eyes. Neil is has a fit, trim muscular body. He is about six feet in height and weighs around two hundred pounds. He wears a white/blue light armor. He never wears his helmet because he wants his enemies to see their before they die.


Neil is paragon... not renegade.


Biography:

Citadel: Neil was born on the Citadel. Neil’s father died in battle a week or so before Neil was born. His mother was a single parent who worked hard to actually keep her son healthy with good food and nice clothes but Neil didn’t always eat the best of food or wear the nicest of clothes. In school kids teased and taunted him which led him to getting into fights. After being suspended from school so much his mother finally pulled him out of school and had him taught by a private tutor.
No longer having to go to school Neil had more free time during the day and he went to watch the politicians. He didn’t learn much and was easily bored by the politics. So he would go around and talk to many different species learning more about their culture and history.
After awhile of speaking to different species he was most interested in Turians and the First Contact war. Speaking with several different Turians he learned a lot about space and travel. Then after speaking to a veteran Turian Neil was introduced to military.
Hearing great stories about battles fought out and brutal deaths Neil would go home every night and act out his own fictitious battles. He would pretend to be in a Turian squad exploring a hostile infested planet or a ship captain giving orders for big battles.
Years gone by and Neil learned more and more about history of different species. Neil had also taken hand-to-hand combat lessons too. He was talented at fighting. He used all his free time to practice combat techniques or learn more about the universe and its many wonders. At the age of thirteen everything went wrong.
Neil and his mother were going to be moving to a different planet. Neil was disgusted with the fact he probably couldn’t be able to talk to different interesting people in the Citadel anymore. Reluctantly though Neil told his mom he wouldn’t mind moving to a different planet and his journey begun.

Eden Prime: Neil and his mother had moved to Eden Prime, a human colony. Neil knew history on Eden Prime about Saren and Geth invasion or something, but it didn’t concern him now because there was no Geth or rogue specters on Eden Prime now.
Neil’s mother had become a dock worker and Neil wasn’t sure what she did every day but he stayed home every day be taught by a new private tutor. He started learning more about the Reapers and Geth. Neil couldn’t believe there could be such a force in the universe that could wipe out all galactic civilization but apparently the Reapers possessed that and everyone was in danger.
Years had gone by and Neil continued to learn more dangerous hand-to-hand combat techniques. Soon he knew how to kill with single blows to certain body areas on a variety of different species. Neil knew this would come handy in Systems Alliance since he was planning on joining once he turned eighteen.
On Neil’s sixteenth birthday his mother got him a pistol. Neil couldn’t believe it and couldn’t thank her enough. He would go outside every day shooting trees and what not. He soon increased his ability to aim and shoot directly in the center of targets. He became very skilled with the pistol and couldn’t love anything more than he loved his pistol, except his mom.
Unfortunately six months after his sixteenth birthday Neil’s mother died. He was old enough to care for himself though he had to get a job. He became a dock worker just like his mother was. He lost his free time to practice shooting and combat. All he did now was work, be taught by his tutor (which he could barely afford), eat, and sleep.
Neil lived like this until he was eighteen. He sold his house for what little money it was worth and bought some light armor. He then joined the Systems Alliance.


Military Stories: In the Military Neil learned much and became very skilled in weapon tactics and similar stuff. He became as athletic and fit as any human possibly could. He slowly went up the ranks and became a sergeant. Known as Sgt. Thompson of the Systems Alliance he made his name known. He had many great completed missions but has yet many great military stories to come.

Approved, though you might want to change all the instances of 'Military Alliance' in your bio to 'Systems Alliance', which is the correct name of the organization.
