Biography: 1st Lieutenant James Avian was born on an alliance space station. His father was a Civil Engineer stationed planet side and fought in the First Contact War, setting up quick-bases strategically on planets. A few years later, James was born, although his father was deployed to Elysium, before the Skyllian Blitz. James grew up moving from planet to planet, base to base. James remembers alot of his childhood on the Arcturus station and on the nearest planet, being shuttled to and fro for school. After yet another deployment to Eden Prime, James entered the Engineering magnet high school, specializing in Astronautics. Although he struggled in Geometry, he excelled in Algebra, and graduated nearly at the top of his class.

James decided not to join the Alliance Academy, but did instead attend an Aerospace Engineering College while enrolled in an Alliance Reserve Officer Training Corps program.

James became a 2nd Lieutenant when he graduated, and subsequently started pilot training. However, during his time, James exhibited biotic abilities, and after an intensive background check, realized that his mom's side of his family was exposed to Element Zero back in the 20th. James was then trained for biotics as well, and during the time after being assigned as squad leader, was promoted to First Lieutenant for his quick reaction when an engine malfuctioned and exploded. injuring a fellow officer.

Before his first deployment, which James still has no idea what it is, he took his 1 month leave. James is currently in his last week.
