Biography:

Alexis was originally born to the Watters family, while Linnette’s single mother died during her childbirth, a rare feat given modern technology. Linnette, of course, would be adopted into the Stone family not too long after her birth. Both enjoyed a good, fun childhood, and both also showed various predispositions at an early age. Alexis was clearly a tomboy, and was a natural brawler, while Linnette seemed to be a natural with any form of missile-style projectile.

They both attended the same school starting at middle school, and they both became friends despite the fact that they were vastly different in many ways. They continued on into highschool, where Alexis discovered her… attraction to various women around her, Linnette included. The Watters family was… not quite as accepting of this new light as Linnette and her family was. Still, she lived through the harassment, graduating and waiting a year so that she and Linnette could both join the Navy together (by this point, I figured 'gays' in the military would be allowed. Don't like it? Tough! ^_^), as was their plan. About that time, Linnette and Alexis became an item, as Linnette surprised everyone the year before (in which she was underage while Alexis wasn’t) by finally coming out.

They both, after Basic of course, enrolled in the ODRIAF program, knowing it’s notoriety for being a little… loose with the rules, such as the ones regarding fraternization . Alexis specialized in the various CQB and Assault Tactics programs, ranking top of her class in both. Linnette likewise graduated top of her class in three separate Sniper schools, and is considered a prodigy by most. Alexis also went through officer training after a couple years of service alongside Linnette, as it would allow her to better control her ability to be with the one she really cared about.

At the age of 25 and 24 respectively, the two ODRIAF soldiers married (I believe that, by this point in time, such marriages would be allowed. Don’t like the idea? Tough! ^_^) and Alexis opted to change her surname to that of Linnette’s. So, the new Stone family continued as they had been, as nobody really pushed to have them moved onto different ships or anything due to the fact that they were never expected to live long. Later that year, Alexis became the squad leader of Sigma Squad, and Linnette became captain of Fireteam Stone (the team that Alexis had previously been leading), which was part of Sigma Squad. They remained in those positions for four years, which is the point in which this story starts.
