Biography: Dervok was born into a very strict household. His father was never home due to his military service always keeping him away. His mother had to take care of him. His mother was a stay at home mom and relied on her husband to pay for everything. Dervok's mom was also very strict and mean and always taught Dervok to never take crap from anyone or any species. Starting at the age of 5 his mother taught him how to handle many weapons. Also when his father was home on one of his few vacation days, he taught Dervok many battle tactics he could use while in battle. As the years went by he became more and more proficient in the art of battle and using weapons.
However at the age of 10 a tragic event struck Dervok's life. His father was sent on a mission to eradicate some runaway biotics that had cause some trouble for the council. He had defeated many of them, only to be killed by the ringleader himself. Soon the ringleader was caught and tried for the council troubles and also his dad’s murder. The ringleader was sentenced to death, however he escaped the prison he was being held in, the night he was supposed to be killed. Over this time Dervok's mother tried to make sure Dervok's mind was set on something else other than his now dead father. This is when his training began to heat up.
At the age of fifteen his mother had set him off to a soldier training camp. Dervok had been dreaming of becoming a high-ranking soldier in the turian army. When Dervok arrived at the training camp, he excelled in many of the categories. He found the camp to be pretty easy. He spent 7 years in training. Finally at age 22 he decided that he had had enough training in the field of war. He then enrolled into the turian army.
Dervok then began to do many missions, some that involved life or death situations. Dervok often completed his missions with excellence. On several hostage mission's he came away with the hostage unharmed and him mostly unharmed. Other missions included him taking out mercenaries and smugglers. Dervok was not the negotiable type. He likes to get down and dirty and battle it out. Several years passed and he rose in ranks. He soon became a captain and got to have his own crew as well as his own ship. At the age of 29, during a mission to discover what happened to a bunch of missing humans, he encountered the same biotic that killed his father.
After a short but brief conversation with the biotic, Dervok tried to talk the biotic into giving up, as much as Dervok didn't like people giving up and likes to battle it out. He had to try and show a mature attitude in the situation with his father and also himself. The biotic refused, and several soldiers surrounded Dervok. Dervok was however calm. Then when the biotic started to fire the first shot, Dervok's crew appeared with their mako, shooting down every last biotic except the ringleader. Dervok smiled and called out to his crew and asked them "What took you all so long? I was starting to worry" The ringleader knowing he was surrounded tried to run. Dervok was not going to let that happen.
Dervok raised his pistol at the fleeing biotic and pulled the trigger. The mass of energy zoomed toward the biotic, hitting him in the head and falling straight down. His father's murderer was finally dead after all these years. Dervok soon found out on the body of the biotic, that he was the one who killed the missing humans after a weapons deal went sour. As soon as Dervok returned to the turian army commander, the commander said that he did what was right and also said that the council headed an audience with him. Dervok, surprised at what the council might want with him, keep Dervok thinking the whole trip to the citadel.
When Dervok arrived, he immediately went to the citadel tower. After a few meetings with other people, Dervok was called to the stand. Dervok didn't know what to say, so he keep quit and let the council speak. The council had explained that Dervok had many successful missions, and few of them rarely went bad. Finally after what seemed like days, the council finally got to their main point and said that Dervok was being promoted to Spectre. Dervok was speechless. Dervok thanked them and the council sent him on his way.
Dervok was given special Spectre training and special weapons. After nearly emptying all of his life savings, he finally was able to purchase all of the spectre weapons. His crew, the turian commander, and many others congratulated Dervok. It has been a year since that day. Dervok now wonder's the many worlds, accepting various missions from the council and even digging up some on his own and completing them.
