Biography: Corporal Caoimhe (pronounced, against all rationality, 'KEE-va') Whelan was a child when Sovereign attacked the Citadel. Her family line is not especially remarkable in the recent history of Earth. The last major historic event she and her family were involved in was the 2183 attack on the Citadel by the Geth, and that largely as civilian casualties.

Parentless, she fell into the custody of the state, which consisted of whatever embassy personnel weren't dealing with the crisis at hand.

In the fullness of time, she was returned to Alliance territory and, eventually, back to Earth while noone particularly tried to figure out what to do with her. Somewhere in the sprawling cities, she fell out of sight, off the system and into the gangs.

It would not be accurate to say that when she showed up again, she was a different person. She had never had the chance to be anything else.

She had grown into something of a fierce young woman. Willful, intelligent and cunning. She went to the SAAF offices with a mission, and completed it. Deemed just lunatic-fringe enough to fit in, she was ultimately placed with the ODRIAF, where she serves to this day.

Caoimhe could be described as a talented rookie. Her knack with omni-tools and electronic interfaces earned her a protected place within the criminal element, and is a skill that translates well onto the modern battlefield. As a matter of survival, as well as training, she has proven herself competent with most forms of firearms, and particularly proficient with small arms and sniper rifles.

Hm... nice char for the ODRIAF, and she'll fit in quite nicely ^_^
