Asanagi had sent messages to the most trusted people in the clan to him, Kaleb, and Nero. He had already briefed VYrchu on the basics, holding out till the others arrived. In a single file he had readied he had all the information on what was going on, what he believed and what he suspected. However in the file he had left out Dygnitas's name so as not to disturb Kaleb. Once they arrived he would hand them the file to read over after he explained everything. He had gathered the Elders on the ship at the opposite end of the Segonashi from him. A 3 kilometer walk kept him with a good night sleep. Even after all they had learned about this ship it was only a chip off the vast mountain of information here. Asanagi waited for the family to gather.

Kaleb was forced onto a shuttle. He had no clue what was going on, but the turians who took him gave him a holopad. Kaleb activated the holopad and the message that followed made Kaleb understand. Kaleb stopped resisting and waited for his arrival.

Kaleb looked out the window of the shuttle and saw the largest ship he had ever seen. This ship was even bigger than the reapers excluding Judecca. The shuttle went inside one of the ship's hangars and landed. He was escorted off the ship and taken to the meeting place.

"Kaleb good to see you!" Asanagi said, just as he was going to shake Kaleb's hand he pulled him in and put Kaleb in a head lock. "So how's my favorite little cousin been?".

Kaleb was able to get out of Asanagi's hold and he pushed him away. "I haven't seen you for years. There is a reason why I haven't seen you. I don't want anything to do with my father's clan." Kaleb said. Kaleb began to walk away.

"I didn't want to tell you this but the clan may not be able to trust your father." Asanagi told him "Or even the elders themselves. There has been so much plotting going on that I don't know where to make heads or tails." He held out the file to Kaleb. It was a terrible thing to tell him this but Kaleb diserved the truth.

Nero walked into the only to stop in front of Kaleb as he was leaving, "sorry I'm late Asanagi....I had things to take care of" said Nero as he gave Asanagi a nod. He turned to face Kaleb "leaving already Kaleb?"

"It's been awhile Nero. I was planning on leaving, but with you here things just got interesting. Oh yeah Asanagi don't think I care about my father." Kaleb said.

Kaleb went back to his seat and looked at the files Asanagi handed him.

Asanagi sighed "I'm sorry to be the one to tell you but ... Your father is the leader of the geth Kaleb. Not the ones on our side, but the ones that attacked the Citadel. Read the file, it'll give you more detail but in essence the elders had assigned people on our clan to BOTH sides of that fight. Myself included. Now we can't trust anyone, so I asked you here so WE could decide what to do. The elders plot too much, I have no idea what your father is up to, and with eveything that's happened in the last couple years it's getting just to wired." Asanagi turned on the comm. "Vyrchu, can you come in now?".

"I'm here." Vyrchu said in her semi-synthetic voice as she approached the trio "I had some...problems to take care of."

'Damn my hypermetabolic state...' she thought in her head rather angrily 'It costs a fortune for one damn meal...'

She was completely cloaked and covered to begin with, standing not much shorter than Asanagi by this point, and with her hood up to hide her still unusual appearance. However, when she was in view of Kaleb, she decided to remove her hood and show him her 'new' black and red face.

"It's been a while, Kaleb. I hope my appearance does not frighten you." Vyrchu said with what would amount to a smile for a Turian.

Nero saw as Vyrchu entered the room, he quickly game her a bow to show respect to his master. "master Vyrchu, its been awhile" said Nero as he slowly rised his head up.

Kaleb got up from his seat. "I'd say you look better now then before. Plus we all have battle scars." Kaleb said. Kaleb removed his right sleeve revealing his synthetic arm. Kaleb sat back down and yawned. Outside he showed that he didn't care about this whole situation, but inside he was happy to be reunited with his family.

"Yes it's been a while since all of us were together hasn't it? The reason I've called everyone here is in considering what the state of the universe has been I wanted to coordinate what move to make next." He turned to Kaleb and Nero "And invite you two to a tour of the ship and dinner. Now I'm sure you don't want to go through all this right when you get on board. I've arranged for quarters not to far if you want to rest. Or we can get right too this." Asanagi turned to Vyrchu "And why are you still doing the hooded stranger act? I thought you got over that with the first fficer position.".

"I like the 'hooded stranger' look; it is intimidating to some." Vyrchu said with a smirk "I do find it comforting though, that I am not the only one who has been altered as I have."

She then remembered her position and bowed in response to Nero.

"Glad to see you again, Apprentice. I trust that you have improved significantly?"

"I have master" replied Nero as he pulled out his blade and twirled it in his hand, "my skills have gotten much better" Nero put his blade back away and looked over at Asanagi "as for the tour I'll pass" said Nero "But I would like to know the whole reason you called us here"

"I agree with Nero. I did not come here just to be given a tour. I want to know why I was jumped and thrown into a shuttle. There are other ways of inviting people." Kaleb said angrily. Kaleb began to think about how he never pursued his sword training. If he had he may have been able to avoid losing his arm.

"I never told anyone to jump you Kaleb, only to find you and ask you to come." Asanagi turned to everyone "As Vyrchu know most of it already, the reason your here is because Dygnatis ... is a traitor, not only to the clan but to eveyone in the System's Alliance. As he came from our people we must track him. Even if only to send his position to the Council." He handed a copy of the files to Nero and Vyrchu. "I've been using the underground people, assassin, mercenaries and the like to keep track of him for the last couple years but 3 months ago he vanished. Where he is now is still inknown, that's why I called you here, we as a family must decide what to do.".

"I could really care less about what we as a family decide to do. Once I found out where he is he is mine." Kaleb said. Kaleb took a glass of wine and began to drink it.

"Don't be so hasty, Kaleb." Vyrchu said a sternly "I have personally seen Asanagi and Dygnitas fight as equals two years ago, and Asanagi is the Master of Blades; the best swordsman in the clan. Dygnitas is not one to be taken so easily."

'Hm... it's odd really.' Vyrchu thought as she glanced at Asanagi 'I've been enhanced by these nanomachines for two years, yet Asanagi still beats me in our duels... but not nearly as easily. If only I still had my biotics...'

Kaleb couldn't stand it. They seemed to know where Dygnitas was and they wouldn't tell him. He decided to go along with whatever they wanted. He would please them for now.

"Fine, I'll start thinking clearly. If you really need my assistance then I will help. I may have not cared about the clan before, but I guess I should now. I'm ready for that tour." Kaleb said with a smile.

"Of course, believe me Kaleb if I knew were he was I'd tell you. All we have for his last location is somewhere in the outscirts of the Terminus System, and we searched it high and low." Asanagi stood up and walked to the door "And Vyrchu, in our last fight I was EXTREMELY rusty, on of the reasons I so enjoy our duels. And Dygnatis is smart, he knows my skill and what to anticipate." He turned to Kaleb and Nero "What would you like to see first?".

"If you have a kitchen that would be my preferred place to stop. If we plan on going after Dygnitas I do need to train though. I haven't done much for a few months." Kaleb said.

Kaleb got up and prepared to follow Asanagi.

Vyrchu found it... odd how Kaleb had such a change of heart. However, she was not one to question the actions of others unless there was a foreseeable problem. So far, she saw none, so she wouldn't question it.

"Well, the kitchen isn't too far luckily." Vyrchu stated to Kaleb "And as for training, one of us (meaning Asanagi) should be able to find some free time to help you out."

'Great... I get to go BACK to the kitchen and mess...' Vyrchu uttered in the depths of her mind.

"When we start training you can use a gun of some kind if it makes you feel better. I won't even use the Twin Terrors. just a single worn out wooden practise sword." Asanagi taunted, he waited to see Kaleb's reaction.

"I may be a proficient gun user, but I don't mind trying something new." Kaleb responded with a smirk. Kaleb pulled out his gun and twirled it in his hand.

"If you want to gauge my skills then let's go." Kaleb said. Kaleb walked into the kitchen and grabbed a glass of water.

Asanagi picked up a small cup of tea and carried it with him to one of the ship's many exersize rooms. He grabbed the wooden practice sword that was obviously his because it was worn, looked slightly rotten, and was obviously imbalanced. He walked to one side of the room, tea in one hand, sword in the other. "Come on little one, let's see what you've got.".

Kaleb finished his glass of water and walked over to the sword stand. Kaleb picked up the sword near the bottom and he went into a battle stance. Kaleb was not a very good sword user, but he wanted to learn. He was going to take this opportunity to examine Asanagi's style of fighting. Kaleb readied himself and finally charged.

Vyrchu went to grab a drink of her own, but what she was given was, rather than a simple cup, a rather large mug. She sighed.

'I guess my metabolism precedes me.' she thought and decided to go see how Nero was doing 'Maybe we'll get the chance to spar when those two are finished...'

With what to Asanagi was a simple flick of his blade, he blocked Kaleb chrage and sent him all the way back to the other side of the room. "Don't strike unless your comfortable and always look for a weakness in your opponent's defense." Asanagi told Kaleb, he took another sip of his tea as he left openings so huge only an idiot would miss them.

Kaleb expected his attack to be easily deflected. Kaleb knew that he stood no chance against Asanagi, but he would try and learn everything he could about him.

Kaleb got back up and ran towards Asanagi. He jumped in the air and was planning to stab Asanagi.

Asanagi felt like showing Kaleb a little trick. As the tip of Kaleb's sword came down, Asanagi put the tip of his own sword against it, litterally holding Kaleb in the air by the tips of both blades for a few seconds. Asanagi's blade immediatly began to slice right through Kaleb's until halfway where Asanagi threw kaleb back again, broken sword and all. "Little trick father showed me. Try again." Asanagi picked up another practise swords and lightly tossed it to Kaleb. his old one would do no good.

Kaleb was a little pissed off by Asanagi's move. He was just showing off. Kaleb took the sword Asanagi gave him and prepared to make another attack. Kaleb felt pretty sure that he knew how to counter Asanagi.

Kaleb readied himself and attacked again. He swung his sword at Asanagi from the side. Kaleb then used the broken sword that he still had and threw it at Asanagi.

With his old sword Asanagi grabbed the broken sword and flung it down to catch Kaleb's new sword and knock it into the ground. He sent his elbow toward Kaleb's chest meaning to send him some distance away. "Maybe we should start you off against someone from back home who's just learning cousin.".

Asanagi's elbow hit Kaleb square in the chest, but he didn't budge. He grabbed Asanagi's elbow with his left arm and he dropped the sword in his other hand and used his sythetic arm to grab and destroy the sword Asanagi was holding.

"There will be no need to get someone weaker. This is kinda fun." Kaleb said.

Asanagi grabbed Kaleb's synthetic arm and began spinning him before tossing him to the other side of the room. He took a stance low to the ground and kicked the sword back to Kaleb. "Did you really think I needed that to win? Do you remember what the conditions were for carrying my title and the Twin Terrors was?".

"Yeah I heard about what the conditions are. I know that at my current level I could never come close to beating you in a sword fight. I may not stand much chance in a hand to hand bout either, but at least I can fight like this easier." Kaleb said.

Kaleb began coordianting his attack in his head. He kneeled down and waited for Asanagi to make the first move. Kaleb wasn't sure if Asanagi fought the same way with or without his sword(s).

Kaleb began to think something that he never thought he would think, "If my father can match Asanagi's skill level so can I."

By the look on Kaleb's face Asanagi knew exactly what he was thinking. It was so similar to the look Dygnitas got when they last fought. He was so thankful to his practise with Vyrchu because in far less then a second, Asanagi disappeared, reappeared behind Kaleb, kicked his legs from behind and used both palms to send him to the other side of the room. "Your father made the mistake of thinking he could beat me. And that was when I was out of shape. I hope you don't start thinking the same thing.".

Kaleb was sent flying across the room. He was able to grab onto something before he hit the wall. He started to kneel down and he prepared for Asanagi to attack again. Kaleb was breathing hard at this point, but he needed to continue.

"Maybe we should get you on an exersize program before you take me on. I could put you on the same on I had, if that doesn't get you into shape then nothing will." Asanagi offered, his training had been intense, any freedom was earned, not given. Kaleb certainly looked like he needed it.

Kaleb decided to go on the offensive after that last remark. He attempted to kick Asanagi, but he blocked it. He then kicked with his other foot. He pushed off Asanagi and did an axe kick towards Asanagi. Kaleb wasn't going to let Asanagi make fun of him.

Asanagi dropped to the floor, swung around and slammed his foot toward Kalebs back while grabbing kaleb by the leg and pulling down. "Come on tiny, you can do better than that.".
