Section 1 - Rules
1. Reports without screenshots will be IGNORED.
2. Replying in others' reports may result in a ban! Do NOT reply in someone else's thread under ANY condition, even if you know the answer to their report!
3. The screenshot must have the person's name visible in it. If its a report on language, a screenshot of the chat window is sufficient, but if it is a report of a KSer, you need to have your cursor over the KSer, so we can read his/her name!
4. When posting a screenshot of chatting, make sure a sufficient number of lines show on the screenshot. Approx. 8-10 lines or more should be enough.
5. All screenshots must have your name visible in them, from the character info window.
Section 2 - Making a Good Report
1. Thread title should have the name(s) of all the offenders, and a short description if possible. Reports with "GM look here!" will probably be ignored.
2. The more screenshots, the better! You CANNOT report a KS without at least 3 screenshots!
3. Do NOT edit ANYTHING from your screenshots! If they are edited in ANY way, they will be ignored!
4. Make sure you have read the rules for the server you are reporting for. If you post a report that is invalid, we will ignore it completely. Multiple junk reports may result in a ban!
5. Do NOT report bots unless you are 100% certain! Just because a person doesn't respond to your tells does NOT mean he/she is a bot!
6. Make it clear who you are reporting! Put the name of the person under the screenshots!
7. Do NOT resize your screenshots! It makes them impossible to read and see!
8. To report KSers, turn /fog and /effect off to make it easier to see the KSer at work.

1- Melee vs Melee: :
In Melee range, screen shots tend to be rather confusing due to the fact the monster is most likely aggressive and will change target to attack whoever is attacking it, So taking screen shots meanwhile the kill stealing helps no one, so the right thing to do is:
• During fighting the monster if you see a player you suspect that he/she will KS you, take ONE screen shot before hand. (Also if the player has KSed you before, and you see him coming near you, take a screen shot right away) This proves that the mob belongs to you.
• Meanwhile the KSer is KSing you, take 3-4 screen shots to see that it wasn't simply a missclick. This proves that the KSer did NOT accidently hit your monster, but meant to KS.
• If you feel like being forgiving, PM the person and ask him nicely not to KS. If they ignore you, or cuss you, make sure to include that screen shot. It will prove that the KSer meant this on purpose, is willing to repeat it over and over and fully understands what KSing means.
• More screen shots of repeative different KS accidents will get the KSer a longer ban.

2- Melee vs Range:
Melee vs. Range occurs in cases when you are a Melee character and get KSed by a bow stalker/sniper/breaker cross assassin..etc. How to report them? Read on:
• It is more simple to report a Melee vs. Range, if the monster attacked you even while it is being sniped by a stalker or a sniper, simply take a screen shot of ONE SINGLE ATTACK from that monster on YOU. This proves that the mob belongs to you.

3- Melee vs Magic:
Ahh everyone's most annoying type of KSing, working so hard for a mob then getting KSed by a wizard or a ME priest. Simply do the following:
• During fighting the monster if you see a player you suspect that he/she will KS you, take ONE screen shot before hand. (Also if the player has KSed you before, and you see him coming near you, take a screen shot right away) This proves that the mob belongs to you.
• Once the Wizard or Priest uses their AoE or single target spell on one of your monsters, click print screen, In Wizard cases getting alot of screen shots won't be important, Just prove the mob is yours and include the KS screen shot and that's it.
• If a wizard or a priest casted a spell anywhere near you, and it somehow effected your monsters, it won't be considered a KS unless you provide screen shots of the same accident happening twice or more.
• If a wizard or a priest casted a spell on any given location, and that spell lasts for a while ( ME, MS ..etc) And you WALKED in, that is NOT considered a KS case.

4- Range vs. Melee:
Some stalkers or snipers prefer to snipe (Hit monsters from a different height level or a far distance) But some people prefer to butt in and start pounding on the monster.. If the KSer takes a screen shot he can make it appear that the Sniper/Stalker is the one KSing, to avoid such a bad scenario, do as follows:
• In case you are a sniper and used any type of traps on the mob (Especially Ankle Snare) the monster is yours as long as it is in the trap, should it break loss from the trap and follow another player, the monster is NOT yours anymore.

5- Range vs. Range:
This usually happens fast and is pretty annoying, especially if the other sniper/stalker can out damage you and get away with YOUR loot (Even without auto loot, he can take the loot since you won't be allowed to pick it up due to the fact that the person who did the most damage will be able to loot first, after few seconds other people will be able to loot). To report another sniper/breaker sin/bow stalker, do the following:
• If you trapped a monster, and afraid some other sniper will come and KS, and claim that the trap is his/hers, take a screen shot of your trapped monster the second you trap it, if anyone approachs you and touchs it, take another screen shot and report them.

6- Range vs. Magic:
I haven't seen many cases about a sniper/stalker being KSed by wizards due to the fact that wizards prefer to KS classes that mob, and since snipers/stalkers doesn't mob alot and prefer to kill monsters one vs. one.. But should a stupid wizard/ me priest decide to be naughty and KS you, do the following:
• During fighting the monster if you see a player you suspect that he/she will KS you, take ONE screen shot before hand. (Also if the player has KSed you before, and you see him coming near you, take a screen shot right away) This proves that the mob belongs to you.
• If you trap a monster and a wizard approachs you, by JTing or SGing the monster, your ankle snare might break (You won't see it any longer due to the push back effect) So make sure you take a screen shot of your trapped monster, when a wizard casts ONE single spell on the trapped monster.. make sure they get what they deserve by reporting.

7- Magic vs. Melee:
Wizard being KSed by a Melee is rare, but not impossible, I still remember when I mob 10-15 Isis's on my wizard and having all those cross assassins breakering and meteor assaulting, then claiming that they are helping me and think I am running away. To prove them wrong and get their butt banned, do as follows:
• While you are mobbing, if you think someone will KS your mob, while running hit the print screen real fast. This proves that the mob belongs to you.
• Once someone appears out of the blue and starts hitting your monsters, take 3-4 screen shots of their continus KSing.
• EVEN if you are NOT going to report the KSer, take screen shots, in case the KSer decides to be a smart a** and report you for casting on YOUR OWN MOB to get whatever EXP you can get before he KSes you.

8- Magic vs. Range:
This one can be a bit tricky, because if your RO is zoomed in, you won't even know who is KSing you, try not to have a very zoomed-in screen if you are planning to report few lamers:
• While you are mobbing, if you think someone will KS your mob, while running hit the print screen real fast. This proves that the mob belongs to you.
• Once the sniper/stalker/breaker assassin KSes, take a screen shot or two.
• EVEN if you are NOT going to report the KSer, take screen shots, in case the KSer decides to be a smart a** and report you for casting on YOUR OWN MOB to get whatever EXP you can get before he KSes you.

9- Magic vs. Magic:
Wizard KSing accidents happen real fast, and usually it is REALLY confusing to figure out who is KSing who.. unless you can get real clear screen shots and can 100% prove that the other Wizard is KSing you.. don't file in a report.. read on:
• While you are mobbing, if you think someone will KS your mob, while running hit the print screen real fast. This proves that the mob belongs to you.
• To get a clear shot remember to turn your effects off using /effect .
• EVEN if you are NOT going to report the KSer, take screen shots, in case the KSer decides to be a smart a** and report you for casting on YOUR OWN MOB to get whatever EXP you can get before he KSes you.

10- MVPs vs. Mini MVPs:
• MVPs are Free For All (FFA) so any report made about being KSed while fighting an MVP will be ignored.
Q: How can we tell what is an MVP and what is not?
A: MVPs give the person who does the MOST damage an MVP emoticon, if you can get that emoticon, then you can kill that monster at anytime anywhere without fearing of being reported.
~ Examples of MVPs:
• Doppleganger.
• Moonlight.
• Mistress.
• Maya.
• Baphomet.
• Dark Lord.
• Lord Of Death.
• Osiris.
...Etc
• Mini MVPs (Mini Bosses)are NOT Free For All (not FFA) and thus reports made while being KSed fighting a Mini MVP will be handled like any other KS case.
~ Examples of Mini MVPs:
• Goblin Leader.
• Kobold Leader.
• Mutant Dragon.
• Choco/Monkey Fist.
• Bloody Knight/ Bloody Knight Champion.
• Mastering.
• Angeling.
• ArchAngeling.
• Ghostring.
...Etc
Section 3- Replying in reports
1. You are not allowed to reply or post something in reports unless you are involved! You will be banned if caught!
Section 4 - Scams
1. The "I AM A GM" scam.
If they ask for your username and password, they're not a GM. Period. End of story. A GM will NEVER ask for your password. We don't need it for anything. If you receive a message from a "GM" trying to get this info, report it immediately with a screenshot.
2. The "dupe your item" scam.
Generally, if someone asks if you want to dupe someone, just report it right then and there. It's already against the rules. But, here are common tactics that they try "to dupe" your stuff.
3. All items you buy or sell should have the EXACT name, spelling, and function/description of the item
4. "I am <insert friend's name> can I borrow equipment?" scam
This is like the GM scam, but the scammer pretends to be a friend of the victim asking for stuff. If you suspect this person to be a scammer, again, screenshot and report them.
5. The +10 Equipment switch scam.
This is when someone shows you a piece of equipment that is a +10. They will then when they are trading it to you, they will usually cancel the trade a few times saying "I am lagging" then when they actually trade, they will trade the same type of item but it is a +4 or +0 etc.
There are also variations on this which include switching Golden Thief Bug cards for thief bug cards etc.
6. Take screenshots of every deal attempt you make! In case u get scammed, this will be ur proof so we can ban the scammer!
Section 5 - Too Late, I was scammed, what now?
Report the guy with as much evidence as you can muster. If you don't have a screenshot, then you don't have evidence.
We will NOT restore your lost money or items under any circumstances, so do NOT ask a GM to get your items back! Doing so will probably just make us angrier.
Your best move is to do what you can to get the guy banned for it. That's all you can do.
