All X-Men of college age or younger will, as a general rule, have a roommate. Below are the lists:

All Dormitory floors are co-educational. The lower floor of the West Wing is for younger students (18 and under), the upper floor for older. (18 and above) For some X-Men, especially established adults (usually 25 and older), apartments in a separate wing are available. There is another row of three larger apartments in main wing of the house on the top floor -these include an office and are for the staff of the institute.
