Basic Physical Description:

Ana has bright red hair, a face dotted with freckles and a willowy figure. Now what makes her stand out? Her style. It's unique. One day she'll be wearing all black and look like a true goth, the next day she'll be wearing a white sundress with flowers in her hair. She doesn't belong in any clique, but she usually hangs out with the 'tree huggers', and can almost always be found with an animal near by.

Personality: (3-4)

Ana is something else. Her mood seems to change with the weather. If it's bright and sunny, usually her hair is a fiery red and dressed rather dreary. On the less appealing days, she dresses in bold colors, and he hair turns the color of spun cotton. You can usually tell what mood she's in by the color of her ensemble. She tells herself she's going to be one thing, and does it. Why? Because Ana has OCPD. (please read that, it tells you everything you need to know.)

Now, there's a reason for this. Anastasia loves balance. If it's cheery, the mood seems to rub off on almost everyone and they all become joking fools. So she tries to put a tiny damper on their kindle of flames, but still manages to be playful. If it's dreary, she strives to brighten up every one's day, instead of watching them squabble like idiots. A rather cynical outlook on life, but Ana has a reason. She is, in fact, genius, and feels that anyone who doesn't have about the same IQ points(or higher) are uneducated and need to focus more on their studies.

Aside from that, Anastasia actually is a calm person. Once might say reclusive, but the ones that are close to her just explain it as 'irritable to noise.' She doesn't like loud noises one bit, and if you disrupt her peace she'll honestly throw a temper tantrum. If you want to be quiet with her, she'll gladly cuddle up next to you and let you read one of her books over her shoulder. Although she reads so fast few can keep up with her page-turning, it's a gesture of friendship between you and her, so savor it while you can.

Mutant Powers: (3-4)

Communicating with animals: At the age of 18, much later than when most mutants develop powers, Ana suddenly heard her pet ocelot, PURR-fection, speak to hear. Because she is witty, she knew that her pet had not taught herself how to talk. It was a month later, after many conversations with PURR-fection, that Professor Xavier arrived at her doorstep and soon explained her gift, which happened to be adapting faster than others; aka, she knew exactly what every animal in the world would say, verbally. Though she is not yet able to translate other human languages or read minds, I imagine it will go to that with another year or two of training.

Summoning: Her most recently discovered power, Anastasia can now summon animals. Though she has only successfully teleported smaller animals at the moment, there is not much we can say about this power at the present time. However, I do eventually see her teleporting elephants, but only in times of dire need. Teleporting animals with a greater weight than her takes up much of her energy, and so she usually does not take the chance, but if her life depended on it, she would with a little push.

Shapeshifting: At this point, you may think that Anastasia is getting too powerful. This is where limits come in. She is able to morph into any animal she has acquired the DNA for, but there is a downside to this power. On her first morph, the animal is only 3 days old. The second morph, 3 weeks, and so on. Her oldest morphs at the moment are a white wolf and a twin to her ocelot, PURR-fection, nicknamed PURR-sistance. This is a full list of her morphs so far.

Weaknesses: (3-4)

Telepaths: Presently, Anastasia has no telepathic ability. Because she wants it so bad, she constantly tries to acquire the DNA of many telepaths, but this did not end well. Every time, it is somewhat successful, but more than not. When she tries to use the power, it takes days for the effects to wear off. She has to go through everyone within 120 miles of her thoughts, feelings and emotions, and shouts them out. She has stopped such attempts lately, for she finally realized it wasn't for her, but eventually it will work.

Weakness: Though mentally gifted and determined, Anastasia is a very frail girl. "Leggy, lanky and luscious" is a joke between her friends, but even so, Ana is underweight for someone her age, and is said to be anorexic and/or bulimic. Don't listen to rumours, they get you in trouble! However, she does have a really weak stomach, and the sight of blood or anything from the body usually upsets her to the point of not being well-enough to fight.

Authority: Any natural red-head hates being told what to do. This is exactly Whispers case. One of the main reasons she has not yet been chosen a side is because she doesn't like being told what to do. In fact, when first recruited to the Brotherhood, she refused to participate if anyone asked her too, it had to be at her own pace. Sometimes she is described as "Xena, the Warrior Princess" because she is too stubborn to listen to someone else, and usually does the opposite.
