Appearance: Zac has dirty blonde spiked hair. He has his left ears pierced in which he wears a little diamond stud. Zac's eyes are mood changing, he has a tan skin color. when Zac goes to use his weather controlling powers his eyes turn to a yellow color. Zac stands at 5'11 and weighs 115 ( if you guys think this is to much like Storm just tell me and I'll edit it )

Clothing: Zac is seen in black pants and usually a black tank-top. He wears a pair of black Nike's, Zac usually wears a black hoody over his tank top, his hoody is aslway with him unless on hot summer days, then he usually just sticks with his tank top

Powers:

Weather control- Zac can control the weather by making it rain, creating small tornados, and using lightning to his advantage. Zac can make it rain using very little energy, but creating tornados and making it lightning is a whole other story. Zac must focus on how much power and were the lightning is going to be and where, this takes concentration and leaves him wide open for attacks. This also takes up quite abit of his energy. when Zac makes lightning from his hands it burns them badly, and causes him alot of pain. The tornados on the other hand dosn't hurt him but makes him weaker by draining his energy, the tornado can only go up to a F1 and F3, the bigger and stronger the tornado the more energy it takes. The tornado's can last up to 1 hour long, Zac can also make the tornados vanish by making them go back up into the clouds.

Flight- Zac can generate currents of electricity through his body giving him the ability to fly. Zac can fly as long as he wants and can exceed to the limit of 45 MPH.

Lightning-Zac can shoot massive waves of lightning at his opponant by covering his hands with lightning then quickly slaming his hands together. The waves can shoot as far as 15 feet.The results of this attacks is quite painful, the entire body feels like its on fire, but its not its just a burning feeling. it can sometimes even stun people.

Weakness: Emotions- Zac's emotions are a big deal to him. They connet to his powers and when scared or hurt Zac will sometimes loose control of his powersmaking a horrible strom. Since his emotions are connected to his powers, Zac tries to stay as calm as he possibly can.

Personality: Zac is really quiet and spends most of his time doing homework or flying. during class, Zac is focused on one thing his grade. Zac can be a goof off sometimes and usually ends up getting hurt some how but he laughs at it in the end. Zac is a real nice guy to know and is really trustful and honest to his friends. He can't stand to see his friends, family, or innocent people get hurt. When he gets mad his powers or the weather shows it, he somewhats loses control off his powers when his mad. Zac's emotions determines the strength of his powers and how well he uses them.


History: The day Zac was born was the day his mother and father knew that he was going to be different then the rest of the kids. At the age of 4 Zac's powers kicked into action, Zac had been playing with some stay cats outside, when he pet the cat static built up in his hand. While playing with the cat, Zac touched the cats nosed and sent volts of elecricity threw the cat making its furs fluff out like a porcupine. A couple of minutes passed and Zac led the cat into the house to where his mom and dad where. "Mommy, Daddy, look what I can do" baby Zac said, but this time when he touched the cat's nose the cat didn't fluff up, it exploded. Apparently all the electric volts was to much for the cat, as it exploded Zac's mother screamed. Thats when Zac's mom and dad found out that Zac was a mutant, able to generate electricity through his body, Zac was always shocking something or making something short out. When Zac was 6, his dad was working on a very important paper on his computer when Zac walked up he asked, "daddy whats that" as he touched an image on the screen, the computer automatically shut off and deleted his fathers work.

Zac discovered his power to change the weather when he was 13, he was mad because his mom and dad wouldn't let him go swimming with his friends at a public swimming pool, because they was afraid that when he jumped in the pool that he would electricute everyone including the lifeguard. Zac's mom and dad did their best to try and hide Zac's powers but Zac didn't like this idea. Infact it was slowly making him pissed, "im sorry son but you can't go swimming with your frineds" his mom told him, "why not mom" Zac asked her. "Because you'll kill them" said his dad angrly. Zac got made and ran out the door, above him was the bright, cloudless sky. He looked up at it and all of a sudden dark black clouds started forming, it then started to rain and thunder. Zac realized that when he go mad so did the weather, but when he was calm, the weather was also. 'I think I can control the weather' Zac told himself. The idea of it made him happy and the clouds disappeared revealing the once blue, cloudless sky. When Zac was about 14, he got in a fight at school and when the boy hit him, young Zac smiled and the clouds became dark. Zac then lifted his arms into the air and then within seconds bolts of lightning were falling from the sky everywhere. Zac didn't mean for this to happen, he just wanted to show the boy that he wasn't a kid to be messing with.

About six kids went to the hospital that day with extreme burns caused by the plasma in the lightning bolts. After a couple of years later Zac ran away because a giant mob had formed at his house, and they threatend to burn the rose's house down if they didn't do something with Zac. So Zac decided to run away, after a few hours off running Zac saw a gate. Zac looked at the gate, there was two big words on it X & M, it was this day that Zac discovered the Xavier School for gifted youngsters, and decided to attend to the school so he could learn how to control his mutant powers.

RP Sample: Zac was walking one day as he was jumped by five boys all dressed in black. They beat Zac up badly and started to laugh at him. Zac got up and his eyes were yellow, the clouds became darker and started to swirl rapidly. It started to rain and Static lifted his hand and then pointed his index finger at the gang and lightning fell at them. Zac was afraid that he had hurt the gang so he call 911 on himself and was taken under custody.

Zac didn't like jail at all so one night he busted out of the jail house and fled into the streets. "I never want to go back to that horrible place again" Zac said to himself. "The showers with 12 different men" Zac said quivering. "The food was horrible too" Zac said as he searched for something to eat, after awhile he found a 20 dollar bill on the ground and went to a burger shop and ate three cheese burgers, a large order of fries, and a large Dr.Pepper. "That hit the spot" Zac said to himself, now he had to find a place to stay.

About 3 hours of searching Zac finally found an abandoned warehouse. Zac lived their for two whole years. One day Zac was walking down the street when he saw two boys walk pass him talking about a institute just for mutants, were they was treated like family and protected their. "That's where im going, right now" Zac said as he took of running towards the boys. "Hey, could you give me directions to this special place" Zac asked them, the two boys nodded at him and told him were to go. Memorizing the location Zac turned from the two boys and off he went, running towards his new life as a mutant.

Alrighty -

First off: though it is completely okay to transfer the sections of bio directly from another board, the application itself would need to be in our format to match all the other apps that we've reviewed.

Secondly and perhaps most importantly is that the characters powers are, essentially, the same as Storm's. Though having similiar powers to a Marvel character is common, creating an original with nearly identical powers is difficult to pull off, especially since we do have a Storm on our board and the Marvel character Hurricane who has weather powers is also on Hold. If your character were to have weather powers, they would have to be distinctly unique.
