1. TE Heath Miller-Steelers
I can see him emerging as one of the top 5 tight ends in the NFL.

2. WR Donte Stallworth- Saints
With Drew Brees throwing the pig skin will he Finally emerge?

3. WR Vincent Jackson-Chargers
He is a wide receiver in a tight ends body, huge and fast and could emerge this year along with Phillip Rivers.

4. WR Craphonso Thorpe-Chiefs
This is just a hunch, he didn't even play his rookie year did he? I don't think the Chiefs are going to target receiver in the draft thereby giving Thorpe every opportunity to play. He has elite speed, he just needs to get healthy and toughen up a bit.

5. WR Reggie Williams-Jags
Highly regarded 1st round draft pick coming out of college, he started to show glimpses last year of what he can become. I think he is on the verge of breaking out.

6. WR Terrance Murphy-Packers
With Javon Walker's probable hold out he could emerge this year. Murphy has a ton of talent, he just needs someone to throw him the ball.

7. WR Braylon Edwards-Browns
Health was the only thing keeping him from winning offensive rookie of the year last year. If he stays healthy he will find himself in the Pro Bowl this year or next.

8. RB J.J. Arrington-Cards
You guys think I am crazy here don't you? I think it's too early to give up on this elusive speedster. He could be a great late round fantasy draft pick.

9. RB Marion Barber-Cowboys
I have a feeling he could be starting by mid season. But even if he continues to share carries with Julius Jones he could be a valuable late round (fantasy draft) running back. He will catch a lot of passes and get a lot of goal line carries, he has a nose for the end zone.

10. RB Ronnie Brown-Fins
Some would say he broke out as a rookie, but I expect even bigger things from him this year. He won't have to share carries with the pot smoking Ricky Williams as he is suspended yet again. Brown can catch, and has game breaking speed.
