Title: My draft along with the Steelers draft

TheSteelStud - May 1, 2006 10:44 PM (GMT)
32- Chad Jackson WR Florida
Jackson is just as good if not better than Holmes. He's faster, bigger, with better hands. Jackson has #1 potential while Holmes at the very best is a career #2. Horrible trade when there are three comparable receivers still on the board one was going to fall to us.

83- Anthony Smith FS Syracuse
Liked this trade and player drafted. Smith is a football player. He makes plays, tackles, chases things down, has good instincts and though not timed well has football speed and takes good angles.

95- Max Jean-Gilles OG Georgia
I know we don't need a guard but what a steal. That's why you don't trade up in the first.

96- Ko Simpsom FS South Carolina
He and Smith can fight it out for playing time. Much better chance of hitting with one of two picks than only with one.

129- Jeremy Bloom WR Colorado
He can return punts and kicks this year and fight for playing time. Should be our future slot receiver.

131- Mark Anderson OLB Alabama
He can rush the passer, he gets off blocks, makes tackles, with a relentless motor.

133- Orien Harris DL Miami
Liked the pick and value. Should be a nice 34 DE.

164- Omar Jacobs QB Bowling Green
Again, I feel our second day was much better than our first. Jacobs was highli productive but should of stayed in school one more season. Awkward throwing motion but gets the job done.

167- Greg Eslinger OC Minnesota
Maybe a future center for the team. Worth bringing into camp.

201- Tim McGaringle ILB Northwestern
A tackling machine. Should bring depth up the gut of the defense.

240 Cedric Humes RB VT
Again, liked our second day picks.

Wow, you actually predicted 4 of the players that the Steelers wound up taking in the draft! Wait.....you predicted this the day AFTER the draft! How in the hell did you not get all the picks right?!!

DoctorDoom - May 3, 2006 08:50 PM (GMT)
I think he meant "draft along" thus having "draft along" in the title.

Steelstud - May 4, 2006 07:48 PM (GMT)
Glad to know that you understand what he is talking about, since the rest of us have no clue. Then again, every also knows Dr Doom and TheSteelstud are one and the same.

DoctorDoom - May 4, 2006 08:37 PM (GMT)
Lets just clarify, when you say "the rest of us" you mean yourself. And when you say DoctorDoom and TheSteelStud are the same, you mean you are obviously someone else and Steelstud.

What I am saying is that you have multiple login's on this board. You post under the name Dr Doom and you also post under the name thesteelstud. I am the only Steelstud who has posted here for the last 4 years. You are trying to discredit my name by using variations of my name. Your post says My draft along with the Steelers draft. Except there is only one draft in the post and it is not all of the players that the Steelers actually drafted. Therefore, one must assume this is the draft in the order that you predicted the Steelers would go. I am merely pointing out that your prediction was posted the day AFTER the draft, which therefore makes you look like the moron that you are. My other point is, if you want to look like a moron, stick to your Dr Doom nickname and don't steal the name that I am using on the board. Its obvious to me and it should be to everyone else, that a silly post like this one was only done in an attempt to discredit me on this board.
