What player was the most value at the place he was drafted by his team?

The best value wise has to be Max Jean-Gilles, but that's so obvious I had to vote for Mark Anderson. He was excellent vaue where he was drafted. The Bears stole him in the 5th round, pick 159. I had him rated as a 3rd round talent.
