They have had an active start to free agency. They have (re)signed:

WR/KR Koren Robinson
K Ryan Longwell
RB Chester Taylor
LB Ben Leber

IMO, the best signing of those was the re-signing of Koren Robinson. He was, simply put, a playmaker last year.

With the signing of Taylor, it makes me wonder what position we will draft in the 1st round. We could go RB still, but if we are, why sign him to a 4 year deal? We could use another LB to go along with Leber, and safety is another position we could use.

I think theyll still go HB in the first round if White or Williams is still there but if its just Maroney left out of the 4 theyll go will a LB in my opinion. Chester Taylor really isnt starting material.

Is onterio coming back this year? bennett needs to go, moore and smith could handle it IMO. taylor was a waste of that much money.

Bennett is gone, but Onterrio I believe is coming back (not sure on that though)

What does everyone think of the Culpepper trade? It is good to get rid of him and get Daunte a fresh start, but it leaves us paper thin at QB. Do we trade up to get Cutler? Brad Johnson is not the solution, but there isn't much on the market with Brees off the market.

There's no way i would move up for a QB unless its lienart. Cutler and Young dont do alot for me, they are big projects and i would rather sit tight and use a second or third round pick on Croyle, Whitehurst a little latter then that or Clemens on day two.
