1. A player is to be placed on waivers for 24 hours, if he is not claimed in that time he is available on a first come first serve basis.

2. This is not a bidding war, you will post compensation/need for him, and that is what is offered, no offering more. The worst team will get the player, if record is the same or season has not begun the player will be placed on the worst team by the commish's decision.
