Rules for Signing
-If your team is OVER the cap, you may only offer your MLE (4.5mill) and your LLE (1.2mill).
-If your team is UNDER the cap, you may offer a player any amount of you choice, but his first year's salary has to be within your cap remaining.
-Players signed with the MLE/LLE CAN NOT be traded.
- An MLE/LLE can only sign a player to a ONE YEAR contract.
You can then extend that contract with your GM cash or your player may want to re-sign with your team at seasons end.
- You have only 1 MLE and 1 LLE each. Once a player signs for an MLE, you may not sign someone else to an MLE. Same goes for LLE.
-If you used your MLE/LLE, and you are still in need of roster spots, you may offer players the minimum (less than 1mill). You can offer as many minimums as you want.
- They're is no limit to the amount of players you can offer too. Remember you have a 15 man roster limit though.
- After the end of the offering period, every player will look over his options, and will decide where he wants to go. It is completely computerized, so I dont have any control over it.
- Too offer a contract post the name of the player. You may offer him up to a 6 year contract unless you have Bird Years. You may offer him as much money as you want as long as his 1st year salary doesn't put you over the salary cap. You may offer up to a 10% increase. That means he will receive 10% more every year into his contract.
- You may only offer up to 2 years to minimin salary players.
