The head coach gives special attention to a player of your choosing, helping him increase his potential by 5 points. To be used once per player ever.

SCOUTING EXPERT:
Hire a scouting expert to give you the actual potential of one of your players. The players actual potential will be PM'ed to the GM.
Cost: $8,000 for your own player.
$12,000 for an upcoming draftee.


TOP MEDICAL STAFF:
Hire a top-notch medical staff to help a player heal more quickly. The staff will get the chosen player back into the lineup in half the time of the current injury.
Cost: $8,000.


INCREASE LOYALTY:
About to lose a player due to FA? Up his loyalty by 5 point to help him resign. Can be used once per player per season. Once per season.
Cost: $5,000.


PLAYER BUILDS A HOUSE IN YOUR TOWN:
MAY ONLY BE USED ONCE PER PLAYER
Your player builds his dream home in your teams town. Raising his loyalty rating 5 points, and making your city his hometown.
Cost: $6,000. Once per season.


PLAYER GETS USED TO WINNING OR LOSING:
Your Player can either get used to winning or losing. A +/- of 10 points is available for $8,000. Once per season.

GROWTH:
PLAYER MAY BE NO OLDER THAN 24 AND MAY ONLY BE USED ONCE PER PLAYER
Feel one of your young stars is too short? Grow a player up to 2 inches. Cost $6,000 per inch.


WEIGHT LOSS/GAIN:
NO MORE THAN 25 POUNDS MAY BE LOST OR GAINED PER PLAYER
Here you can hire a diet specialist to have your player lose any where from 5 - 25 pounds and add 1 point to Jumping, Speed or Strength. Cost: $1,000 per pounds.

For every 5 pounds lost, you may add 1 point to Jumping or Quickness
For every 5 pounds gained, you may add 1 point to strength.



MONEY MANAGEMENT:

ADD A YEAR ON A CONTRACT:
If your player is going to become a free agent or has only a couple of years left and you want to add a year you can add 1 year onto his contract with a 10% increase. Cost: $10,000 for 1 year. Cost $20,000 for 2 years.


TAKE A YEAR OFF A CONTRACT:
If your player has a bad contract and you want to get rid of it you can.
1 Year: $6000
2 Years:11000
3 Years: 14000

HIRE A FINANCIAL CONSULTANT:
Hire a consultant to go through your cap situation and clear up to $2,000,000 in cut salary by finding a loophole in the CBA. Cost is $5,000. To be used once per season.


CONTRACT RENEGOTIATION:
YOU MAY ONLY DO THIS ONCE PER PLAYER EVER, ONCE PER TEAM A SEASON
Unhappy with one of your players' contract? Renegotiate a contract, taking off 20% for each remaining year. Once per player's contract.
Cost: $15,750.


AMNESTY CUT:
YOU MAY NOT RESIGN THIS PLAYER AGAIN THAT SEASON. YOU WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR FREE AGENCY
Completely release a player with no cap penalty for all remaining years of their contract.
Cost is $18,000.
