When wondering a position, please try and post whether you plan on changing the person or not...here is a bad example.

All this does is make it take longer to get the info across as to whether or not you want to change him or not. Here is a good example.

All this does is make it easier on both of us, it is just kind of a nagging thing, and I would just prefer if you guys did it this way, thanks.
