Pick one....I will not vote as I would prefer to restart and make a private league for our most active GM"s and other active GM's we know....we've got a good core and I want to keep that.....I just don't think there is a way for us to keep activity good as less than 20 DC"s for a sim is not enough as I got in our most recent sim.

If we choose to continue and activity gets too low we will restart regardless as I do not want to run a dying sim.

Well we should restart because, activity has gone down since the beginning. So we should keep the loyal members and dump the members that don't submit DCs and post in trade blocks and stuff. And this is coming from a guy with a team that LOVES his chances at next year, and would love to keep my team, but i have to go with the side that would keep this league the most active!

Why would we restart? Just because its a holiday? I'm sure our GMs wont forget about the site when they get back..

we have a good core of about 14 GM's, we can start a private league w the GM's the Commish selects and go on from there

This is unfair, keep it the way it is, I want this to keep running, I'll quit it we restart.

Either way is good for me, i like the Pacers team i have, but i could do around the same thing in the restart

If we choose to restart a select list of the most active GM's will be invited to join the league which is a good amount here....we got a good core....the new league would have better rules and be more professional compared to the NBA setting

Why restart? Sim leagues always work in cycles, members come and go that's the way it is. No need to restart, you just adapt and keep finding new people.

Why do you all want to restart? That's lame. You're going to restart just because it's Christmas. Jesus, c'mon guys. I love my team the way it is and i don't want to give it up. Unless i get the exact same team i have now, i don't want to restart.

because i got 17 DC"s last sim that shows the decreased activity......we want to weed out all the inactive GM's and give every one a chance to have a fresh team.....all the ppl on vacation will come back and we will be in season 2 which is not fair at all since they wont be in draft or FA.......if we start fresh in Jan 7th then they can all come back and we have the possibiblity of making the league even more active.......most of the GM's will be invited to the new league

activity in general has gone down.....the holidays havent even come yet.....it is gonna get low and i can say a few GM's probably have left already.....i think it is just better to restart to give the GM's on vacation a chance to have an equal playing feild.

i was focusing more on the fact that they will come back and we are in season 2......all of the GM's lwaving are some of our most active.......it is better if we start come January and we will geet an equal playing field for everyone

I say we get other active GM's that we know to take over a team with a current GM going away, so they can watch over or co-gm a team. Then, when the current GM gets back from vacation there should be other openings or the team will just be a co-gmed team.

Here's a plan. Sim 5 days every day through the playoffs and than wait for the others to come back on Jan. 6. That should only give a small break inbetween the playoffs and draft time.

Dec 24: Off- Christmas Eve
Dec 25: Shut down the board, they shouldn't be here anyways. It's Christmas.
Dec 26: 96-100
Dec 27: 101-105
Dec 28: 105-110
Dec 29: 111-115
Dec 30: 116-120
Dec 31: Round 1 of Playoffs
Jan 1: Off- New Years
Jan 2: 2nd round of playoffs

The schedule i just listed would be the best for the league. If we follow it, GMs out wouldn't miss much and everything could run smoothly.

The only problem is the days 101-120....nothing can happen those days to begin with.....not trades or anything.....activity will be down due to the trade deadline passing......i jsut tihnk restarting is the best option we have right now and allow the most active GM's to reserve their teeams

No. So what if members can't trade. They can atleast discuss trades and stuff. Restarting will hurt this league more than you can imagine.

i dont think it will kill the league or hurt it what so ever.....the votes are 11-6 right now to restart......this means people want to restart.....i think this is better cuz even if he keep going at that slow pace u suggest it will hurt the league more.....i believe it is better to start later.....there will be no more long breaks left and everyone can start fresh and all the ppl we know are active will get reserved teams for the new league
