Shinigami

Known kid spells

Binding spells

1. Restrain (, sai?) Locks a target's arms in place behind their back. (Level 1)

4. Crawling Rope (@I, hainawa?) An energy rope entangles a target's arms. (Level 1)

9. Strike (, geki?) Engulfs a target in red light, completely paralyzing them. (Level 2)

58. Summoning of the Tracking Sparrows (ֺ׷ȸ, kakushitsuijaku?) Tracks and locates any spiritual force the user focuses on. To activate it, the user must draw a circle on the ground, cut into four parts with a specific character in each. The incantation animates the circle, causing various numbers to appear within until the specific set is found. The number set seems to be a variation on longitude and latitude. (Level 3)

61. Six Rods Prison of Light (ȹ, rikujkr?) Summons six thin, but wide, beams of light that slam into a target's midsection, holding them in place. This also appears to immobilise the target's limbs, as Kuchiki Byakuya used it to prevent Rukia from moving her sword without directly binding her arms. Referred to as "Six Rod Light Restraint" in the English manga.
75. Quintet of 1 kan Iron Pillars (؞, gochtekkan?) Summons five incredibly tall and thick pillars to pin a target to the ground. (Level 3)

77. Heavenly Rickshaws in Silken Air (ͦ_, tenteikra?)[12] Transmits messages to anyone within Soul Society. In addition to reciting the spell, the user must draw specific markings on their arms, which are animated by the spell to convey the messages. (Level 3)

81. Splitting Void (, danku?)[13] Creates an energy barrier in the form of a rectangular wall. According to Byakuya, it is capable of stopping destructive spells up to #89. (Level 5)

99, Part 1. Seal (, kin?) Binds the arms of a target with spiritual fabric and iron shafts.[14]
99, Part 2. Great seal (d, bankin?) This spell covers a target from head to toe with spiritual fabric (first song), stabs them with numerous metal blades (second song), and then smashes them with an immense metal cube (final song).[15] (Level 15 Each)

Destructive spells
1. Thrust (n, sh?)[16] Pushes the target away from the caster. (Level 1)

4. White Lightning (, byakurai?)[17] Fires a concentrated bolt of lightning from the caster's forefinger. (Level 1)

31. Shot of Red Fire (h, shakkah?)[18] Fires a ball of red energy at a target.

33. Blue Fire, Crash Down (n, skatsui?, Pale Fire Crash in the English dub) Fires a burst of blue spiritual energy at a target in a similar manner to 31, but over a wider area and with more power.
Incantation: Ye Lord! Mask of flesh and bone, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, Upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws! (Level 2)




54. Abolishing Flames (, haien?) Fires a blast of purple spiritual energy that will incinerate a target completely when it makes contact. (Level 3)

63. Thunder Roar Cannon (׺, raikh?) Fires a massive wave of yellow energy at a target.
Incantation: Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle! (Level 4)


63. Twin Lotus Blue Fire, Crash Down (˫ɏn, sren skatsui?) Essentially a doubled version of #33, this spell fires two shots of blue fire with greater potency than the single-shot variety. In the anime, Rukia labels this spell as #73.
Incantation: Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! On the wall of blue flame, inscribe a twin lotus. In the abyss of conflagration, wait at the far heavens. (Level 4)


90. Black Coffin (\, kurohitsugi?) Forms a box of black energy around a target, which is then pierced by dozens of energy "spears", lacerating the one inside from head to toe. Its appearance and function is reminiscent of a common magician's trick, as well as certain torture devices used during the Spanish Inquisition. (Level 5)

Other

Shunpo --> Flash Step. a movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow, is implied to be part of this category.[4] Another skill, though not necessarily related, is the shinigami ability to walk on air using spiritual power. By collecting and solidifying spiritual particles beneath their feet, shinigami can gain traction on thin air to either freely move about or to stop themselves from falling. (LEvel 1)

Shunko --> a technique that combines hand-to-hand combat and kidō. It concentrates high-pressure kidō energy around the body, allowing it to be fired at opponents. It can also be used to instantly neutralize an opponent's movement. (Level 10)

Hollow-Related Factions

Bala (虚弾(バラ), Bara?, Japanese for "hollow bullet," Spanish for "bullet") is an arrancar alternative to the cero. The technique hardens the user's spiritual pressure and fires like a bullet. Though weaker than a cero blast, it moves twenty times faster and can be fired at a much higher rate.[11] (Level 1)


Cero (虚閃(セロ), Sero?, Japanese for "hollow flash," Spanish for "zero", labeled as "Doom Blast" in the Viz manga) are high-powered energy blasts that can be fired from various body parts, such as mouth, tongue, hand or fingers. Only menos, arrancar, and vizard have so far been shown to use cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entities can use it more efficiently. Various arrancar and hollow characters display variants of the technique, such as the Espada-exclusive gran rey cero (王虚の閃光(グラン・レイ・セロ), guran rei sero?, Japanese for "royal hollow flash," Spanish for "great king zero")[12] and Pesshe Gatiishe and Dondochakka Bilstin's cero sincrtico (融合虚閃(セロ・シンクレティコ), sero shinkuretiko?, Japanese for "united hollow flash," Spanish for "synchronized zero"). (Level 3)

Gran Rey Cero The strongest Cero (Level 30. Espada)

Garganta (黒腔(ガルガンタ), Garuganta?, Japanese for "black cavity," Spanish for "throat") is how arrancar move to and from Hueco Mundo. It literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway.[13] Kaname Tōsen and Kisuke Urahara have also demonstrated the ability to use garganta; Mayuri Kurotsuchi explains that Soul Society cannot do this because they haven't researched the technique.
Hierro (鋼皮(イエロ), Iero?, Japanese for "steel skin," Spanish for "iron") refers to the hardened skin of the arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power.[14] While their skin is strong enough to block even released zanpakutō bare-handed, it is by no means impenetrable. Stronger arrancar have proportionally stronger skin. (Level 2)


Negacin (反膜(ネガシオン), Negashion?, Japanese for "counter-membrane," Spanish for "negation") fields are used to rescue fellow hollows. Only the gillian-class menos have shown the ability to use it. Negacin fields surround a target in a square beam of light that isolates the target from the dimension they are currently in, making it impossible to harm them. The field then pulls the target towards the menos that created the field.[15] Espada have a special cube-shaped device called Caja Negacin (反膜の匪(カハ・ネガシオン), Kaha Negashion?, Japanese for "negation of counter-membrane," Spanish for "Negation Box") meant to simulate negacin fields, which are used to punish their subordinates if necessary. The cube, when used on a subject, traps them in an alternate dimension from which there is no escape; however, this assumes it's being used as intended. More powerful arrancar, namely the Espada themselves, can escape given enough time.[16] (Level 10)


Pesquisa (探査回路(ペスキス), Pesukisu?, Japanese for "inquiry circuit," Spanish for "inquiry") is the arrancar equivalent of the shinigami ability to sense spiritual pressure. It functions similar to sonar.[17]
Sondo (響転(ソニード), Sonīdo?, Japanese for "resounding revolution," Spanish for "sound") is the arrancar equivalent of the shinigami flash steps and the Quincy hirenkyaku; it allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances.[18] Use of sondo is punctuated by a brief static sound, in contrast to the "swish" sound used for flash steps. (Level 2)

Type: Defensive
Range: Passive
Description: The arrancar focuses a load of reiatsu into their Hierro, making it densely supercharged. This reiatsu can then reflect an incoming blow. For example, if a Zanpakutou tried to slice the designated Hierro, the reiatsu would force the Zanpakutou's force back on to the bearer, causing a severe amount of numbness and/or pain. The supercharged Hierro takes on a bright red color, making it fairly noticable. Note: This power uses up a lot of reiatsu. Depending on what type of arrancar you are, you will be limited to the number of times you can use this technique.

Name: Obsidian Whip
Type: Offensive
Range: Mid range to long range depending on reiatsu used
Description: The user focuses reiatsu and spirit energy into their dominant hand, and forms that reiatsu into an ebony black whip englufed in black flames. It consumes energy as long as it is like this. The whip can be used at any time, it is basically another weapon. It is activated by carving reiatsu into a useable form via spirit pressure. It is easy for Arrancar, but stronger hollow and menos may be able to use it as well depending on their level. The whip's black flames do not burn what they touch. They make what they touch rot, and what they set themselves upon is victim to the other effects of the flames. The flames are concious and very malicious beings, they can slice pierce and crush things. However, their actions do consume reiatsu. The whip is intended for stronger Arrancar, because they can hold it for a considerable amount of time due to their superior reiatsu.

Name: Cuchilla de la tierra (Earth Cleaver)
Type: Offensive
Range: Close
Description: This ability is limited to Arrancar. The Arrancar will load his/her dominant arm with reiatsu, and alot of it. The Arrancar will then slam their fist into the ground, and release the reiatsu in a very explosive manner, creating a large and destructive pillar shooting through and above the ground. Espada will use less reiatsu in using this move. The Pillar will go on for about ten meters in all directions width-wise, but the height and depth of the pillar depends entirely on the reiatsu used.

Name: Trueno Poderoso (Mighty Thunder)
Type: Offensive
Range: Mid-range
Description: This ability is limited to Arrancar. The Arrancar will charge their arm with reiatsu, and attract electrons to it. The Arrancar will then fire the stored reiatsu and swarming electrons at an opponet, in the form of a bolt of thunder. This can be done with punches, snaps of the fingers, and other means. Espada will be able to use this easily and more quickly.

Name: Nova Estupenda (Super Nova)
Type: Offensive
Range: Long
Description: This move is limited to the Fraccion and the Exequias. The Arrancar will load their entire body with all their reiatsu and energy, and excite it. This will soon result in a very large explosion. However in the explosion the Arrancar has a 70% chance of dying, and even if he/she survives, he/she will be gravely wounded and exhausted for some time. It is a last resort. The explosion depends on the strength of the arrancar. Stronger arrancar will generate a more devastating explosion.

Name: Protector de la tierra (Shield of the earth)
Type: Defensive
Range: Passive
Description: This move is limited to Arrancar. The Arrancar will shot their reiatsu into the ground, and compress the earth beneath them into large and strong walls of rock, and shoot them up around himself/herself. These walls of rock are strengthened with reiatsu and will take reiatsu to hold. This move is intended for arrancar due to reiatsu comsumption.

Name: Fuerza de la sangra (Bleeding strength)
Type: Passive
Range: N/A
Description: The hollow or arrancar will amplify their reiatsu and pump it into their blood stream, and carry it throughout their body for sometime. It will increase their speed and strength greatly depending on reiatsu used, but it expands the body and threatens to tear up tissue and skin. Hierro's can be disabled when in this state depending on reiatsu used. It is dangerous and Espada are forbidden to use it.

Quincy

Quincy items (A quincy must choose the following between these items as their primary weapon.)
The Quincy possess numerous artifacts and equipment which help them in different ways. Below are the ones that have been shown:

Hollow bait This item is a small, coin-shaped disk that attracts hollows when crushed.[8] When used by Ury, the bait, in combination with Ichigo's powerful spiritual pressure, was able to draw a gillian-class menos out of Hueco Mundo. (Level 1)

Quincy bangle (װ, sshingu?) Introduced in the anime's Bount arc, the Quincy Bangle is an artifact designed to mimic a Quincy's natural powers. It works by drawing in spirit particles from the environment, much like a Quincy does regularly. It can only be used properly by those who are already adept at forming and directing spirit particles. When activated, it forms a metal bow on the user's hand and gives them an appropriate Quincy outfit to match. The bangle is an unstable and delicate device, which eventually falls apart with extended use.[9] The bow it creates has a huge drawback in that spirit particles must be gathered and charged to be of any use; doing otherwise greatly weakens the power of the resultant projectiles. The arrows also seem to fire erratically, sometimes curving away from their intended target. Furthermore, if shot at the time when the device is at its maximum power, it could explode, killing the user and destroying anything else nearby. Ury was able to bypass most of these problems by using the bow to focus his own suppressed powers, rather than relying on it to draw in spirit particles for him. (Level 1)

Quincy cross (ȴʮ, mekkyaku jji?)[10] Standard equipment for any Quincy, the Quincy Cross acts as the focus for a Quincy bow. The cross need not necessarily be in a cross shape, as Ryken's cross is a pentacle.
Sanrei glove (ɢ, sanrei shut?) The sanrei glove is a powerful Quincy artifact that can increase a Quincy's power exponentially, but requires a dangerous and exhausting type of resistance training (wearing it for a week while constantly firing spiritual arrows) to master. The glove works by scattering the spirit particles in the surrounding area, making it much harder to form a working bow. If a Quincy can summon a bow and use it for the required amount of time, they will have undergone a massive increase in power. When removed, however, the glove will release the user's energy all at once - first transforming them into a being of tremendous strength, and then forcing their Quincy powers to gutter out completely. (Level 1)

Seele Schneider (ФѤΣ`쥷ʥ`, Zre Shunaid?, German and Japanese for "soul cutter") The Seele Schneider is a thin, sword-shaped arrow. It's much longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw: the spirit particles of its blade vibrate at ultra-high frequencies, loosening the molecular bonds between any spirit matter it cuts so that the Quincy user may easily absorb the freed spirit particles.[11] The Seele Schneiders Ury uses are stolen from a secret storage room under Karakura hospital.
Silver tubes (yͲ, gint?) Silver tubes are small liquid-filled capsules that store spiritual energy, and are used by Quincy for spellcasting in the same way that shinigami use kid. Like kid, they are activated by calling out various commands, but do not require any of the user's energy to activate. (Level 1)

Soul-synthesized silver (둻y, reika gin?) Soul-synthesized silver was used by Ryken Ishida to construct the hidden chamber in which Ury trains.

Soul-synthesized glass (둻, reika gurasu?) Like soul-synthesized silver, soul-synthesized glass was used to construct the hidden chamber in the Karakura Hospital.

Silver tube techniques
A list of techniques that utilize silver tubes (gint):

Heizen (}ɣϥ, haizen?, German for "to heat," Japanese for "holy bite") This technique uses four silver tubes to create a transparent, rectangular beam of energy which slices through the opponent. (Level 2)

Gritz (ܿ`åģ, gurittsu?, Japanese for "five-rack binds") This technique forms a man-sized pentacle symbol which envelops its target.
Wolke (v륳`룩, vorukru?, German for "cloud," Japanese for "green goblet") This technique uses a silver tube to create a large blast. While it may not be intended for use as such, Ury uses it to cushion the impact of a fall. (Level 2)

Sprenger (âꇣץ󥬩`, shupureng?, German for "detonator," Japanese for "ripping grass formation") This technique uses five Seele Schneiders to create a pentagram-shaped seal, which when activated causes a massive explosion within its borders. The Seele Schneiders function as accumulators, gathering the necessary amount of spirit particles to create the explosion. The liquid inside the gint acts as the trigger. The preparations for the technique combined with the charging time for the Seele Schneiders make its use in battle impractical unless the user has a partner that can stall to buy time.[14] (Level 2)

Techniques
To go with their bow, the Quincy have a number of special techniques to give them an edge in combat:

Hirenkyaku (w, Hirenkyaku? lit. "flying screen step/god step", "flying bamboo-blind leg" in the Viz translation) Analogous to the shinigami flash steps or the arrancar sonido, the Quincy hirenkyaku allows the user to move quickly over short distances; according to Ury Ishida it is faster than flash steps, though Mayuri Kurotsuchi's superior speed suggests that this is just a generalization. To perform the technique, the user gathers spiritual particles under their feet and rides them to the desired location. Like the air-walking skill displayed by most arrancar and shinigami, it can also be used to hover or fly for long distances. Mayuri compliments Ury on being able to use this technique at such a young age, suggesting that it's difficult to master. (Level 1)

Ranstengai (װ, Ranstengai? lit. "heavenly wild puppet suit", "disheveled paradise puppet" in the Viz translation) Ranstengai is a high level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of spirit energy controlled by their brain. By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement. It was originally created to allow old Quincy to fight effectively, and is rare enough that Mayuri had never encountered a Quincy (out of the 2661 that he examined or studied) who could use it before Ury. (Level 5)
