Yes, that' from Battlestar Atlantia this January. The site posted a report of that convention (LINK, German).

The photo Nicki is holding was taken at the same Convention during the signing hour on saturday (If I'm not mistaken) by one of the show's stewards. She printet it out the same day and got it signed by Nicki
