Yes, they said its a Pegasus Flashback Movie, and the regular BSG cast will basically make some cameos.

Um, it seemed to me, most of the G crew never met the P crew before Pegasus episode arc.
I thought the Pegasus movie was going to be totally separate time line from Galactica series. :unsure:

They'll probably just have bookend scenes set in the present on Galactica or something.

As you all know, the special will be called "Battlestar Galactica: Razor", and be composed of several segments from different periods (Holocaust, pre-reunion, post-Cain). Nicki is still listed on IMDb, but I'm not sure how reliable that is. Given that the segments from Adama's and Pegasus's will each introduce at least three new characters, I don't know how the writers would cram all of BSG's primary and secondary characters into a 90-minute installment.
Hopefully Cally won't just be seen fixing some screws in the background...

No question a TV movie has to focas on the lead characters and their stories. If Cally has a cameo I will be happy. :D
