| For mac users: A program I suggest would be Colloquy Start Colloquy A connections window will pop up. Click "New" and a box will appear asking you for a nickname, server protocol and chat server. -choose your nickname -keep server protocol as IRC -Chat server irc.quakenet.org -press connect Now you will see the new irc.quakenet.org option in your connection window. Next click "join room" and under "chat room" type #liquidlounge There you have it. Now, if it blocks you from entering, make sure your port for irc (default 6667) is forwarded. sorry if this made no sense. i'm tired. Also, here's a neat little "toy" irc contains DCC. |
