So i am at present thinking about a really over the top army, Adeptus Custodes and sisters of silence... but in a usable tourney capacity...

here is what i came up with...

Cheif Custode (Chapter master) with storm shield, relic blade, melta bombs, artificer armour

Custodes - 10 Honour guard, 10 relic blades, chapter banner

Custodes Shield Phalanx - 10 Vanguard, 1 relic blade, 9 power weapons, 10 storm shields, 1 melta bombs

Custodes Terminators - 1 heavy flamer

Custodes Dreadnaught - Multi Melta, Heavy Flamer, Extra Armour

Sisters of Silence - 2 units of 10 tactical marines - power weapon, melta bombs, combi melta, flamer, las cannon

It sounds ok, but remember the Custodes are ment to be a lot harder than marines, try using the Grey Knights list... I had fun using that...

The Daemonhunters Codex and Witch Hunters codex work great for Custodes/Sisters of Silence because nowhere does it say that you cant take both as allies :D so Grey Knights "count as" Custodes and SoB's "count as" Sisters, win win situation.
