You will need:

• Chaos Mark 5 helmet
• Sharp/ pointy knife

Step 1:

First of all, get your knife and cut off the sides, until the earpieces and the wires are gone, ONLY from the sides

Step 2:

Then get your knife, and cut off the line on the back, until the back is completely flat

So you converted a Pre-Heresy helmet into a Pre-Heresy helmet?

It seems more like a tutorial on how to stick marine heads onto Terminators.

YEs it is a conversion of PH to PH, and all i had were termi bodies and the close up pic is my Khorne termi

And it's just in case you are converting Kharn and don't want to buy the set for the head, and with a bit of green stuff, you can have a result like this:
