I saw this on a display board at Warhammer World last week - they were labelled "Imperial Guard/Army Designs" and dated 1998... so I don't know whether they are intended to be pre-Heresy or not, but they certainly look cool!

I've seen those somewhere before, but can't remember where! Good pictures.

A few of them look similar to the diagrams of the various regiment designs in the IG Collectors Guide - I wonder if there was a brief for a ton of them to be created, and then they only went with a few in the book?

They are the images from the IG codex 2 back. There were about 60 of them.

Yeah like lucius says they are from the old guard codex with the green border.

I've not seen the guy with the bow before though.

Thats the kind of stuff GW needs to put in White Dwarf again.
