OK guys, I hate the way Terminators stand the same height as Tactical Marines, so I decided to do something about it. This is very easy, anyone who has used Green Stuff can do this. I did this for my Pre Heresy Luna Wolves and World Eaters.
NB. I know there are lots of people here who 'true scale' their entire armies, while this is commendable & the work here is totally amazing, I simply don't have the time or resources to do this, I just want my Terminators to stand a good few heads taller than my Tactical Marines. If you were to make your Tactical Marines larger using other tutorials on here then you'd have to take into account the Terminators too, so just a word of warning (mine will stand taller against a regular Tactical marine, not a true scale Tactical marine).
Before we begin I'll assume you've filed off all those cast lines & sprue bits (a must people!)
Tools you'll need are;
1. A good hobby saw
2. A drill
3. Green stuff
4. Green stuff tools (I use an old paintbush and nail file)
5. A knife & any other bits and pieces you use when modeling.
6. Hobby wire (you can get this from -
http://www.battlewagonbits.co.uk)Part 1.
File down any Crux or other apparel on the leg, you can leave Oaths (not sure what to call them but it's those pieces of paper with seals over them) as you can cut just above them.
Cut off the Terminators legs just below the knee & file it down so it's nice & smooth.
Part 2.
Drill a hole in the stump of each leg, and in the stump you've just cut off (you know, the bit with the foot) be careful here as you want the holes to match up. Next you're going to cut about a 1/2 of an inch of wire & slot it into the holes. I drill about 1/8 of an inch into each stump so that you have about 1/4 inch or so showing. I'd just cut the wire down until you're happy. Glue last.

Green stuff.
I roll a nice chunk into a sausage shape and then wrap it around the wire, too much is better than too little so don't worry. Try to get it smoothed over the leg & give it 5 mins to cure, then try to recreate the lines of the original leg. Not a hard thing to do. Just do one leg & give it an hour otherwise you'll ruin it when you do the other leg (hard to handle the mini without touching your previous work).

Green Stuff is super to work with. One tip of mine is to use an old brush & lick it when you're shaping the GS, water/lick helps to stop the stickiness & get it into place.
Step 4.
Add a band of Green Stuff around the bottom of the body's Terminator Armour, to do this I roll another largeish sausage of GS and then put water on a plate. Squish it down into a large square (1mm thick) and use a knife to cut out a nice long rectangle, it should just lift off the plate. Stick this to the mini & then let it dry. The reason I do this is to give the body a bit more height, it's too small otherwise. You'll also need to put some GS in the body/legs joint adding about 1/8 of an inch and so that the legs don't just disappear under this new part of the armour, therefore not giving you the added height. Once this is dry you can file it into shape & add any icons you want.

Finished. I also magnetized the arms. Undercoat & paint.
