Well, I'd say that its a pretty solid list, except that armour may still give you a bit of trouble (i.e. Monolith does not allow extra D6 for melta weapons). I like the fact that your two troops squads are identical; that allows for a lot of flexibility. You may wish to gear the marines up as longer ranged units, however, as the bikes and teleporting terminators take care of all the "run up and get 'em" assault. Also, marines won't get into combat if they have to walk all the way across the board (not in time anyway; trust me, I've tried and failed with that too many times). There are two questions I have, though; 1) how many points does it all come out to(with the jetbikes); and 2) how are you going to represent jetbikes rules-wise? BoLS codex or just use regular rules so they're legal in tournaments?

Anyway, I hope that helps a bit.

I'm going to use the rules from BoLS for the jetbikes

Depending on who you fight you may want to increase your firepower. At the moment if you're fighting Guard, Eldar or Orks you should be ok, but if you come up against Necrons or Other Marines you may want something that denies them an armour saving throw.

the list is fine.
