Title: Kabuki Models

Iacton - August 19, 2009 11:59 AM (GMT)
Hi chaps.

Just a message to let everyone know that I have recently become a full partner of the company Kabuki Models.

Kabuki is a brand new model company currently with 2 lines in production, Dark Messiah and 21st Century Pin-ups.

We are currently working on the full website and e-store, but in the interim, we have 6 models currently available for purchase through ebay - HERE

Expect several new releases and a full press release of the lines and website in the very near future; but for now, take a look, let me know your feedback, and buy some minis if you like them!! ;)

Feel free to PM me if you have any questions or are interested in distribution of the minis also

Cheers,

Scott/Iacton

Very nice Samurai. Could be converted to a nice Mantis warrio

DaemonlordAbraxes - November 8, 2009 11:13 PM (GMT)
What of this model?

Iacton - November 8, 2009 11:24 PM (GMT)
I have 3 in my stash, but I'm working on the studio model of him soon, then we'll officially release him ;)

DaemonlordAbraxes - November 8, 2009 11:45 PM (GMT)
How tall is he?

Iacton - November 9, 2009 12:16 AM (GMT)
70mm :)

DaemonlordAbraxes - November 9, 2009 01:14 AM (GMT)
How tall is your not Magnus mini?

shorty - November 9, 2009 07:19 AM (GMT)
Hmm how about some single Parts ?...the helmets of the two archangels are destinated to be used on one or more of my Pre Heresy marines or even my Post Heresy Grey Knights...you might even convert the one with the cross to some headhoncho Templer like Helbrecht...or are they to big to do the job ?...The "come get some" pose arm on the one with the spear would look real cool on a Space Marine and the Shoulder Guards...

Me is also for single Parts...

Iacton - November 9, 2009 08:38 AM (GMT)
@DLA - about the same. Different company though ;)
The not-Magnus isn't "mine"

@Shorty - We are planning to do a heads and pads service eventually, funny enough. Not the main priority right now though...

And you have the headline side banner on CMON to boot!

Did they release the shiny Samurai in the end Scott?

Whitehorn - November 19, 2009 06:23 PM (GMT)
Utterly overshadowed by CMON's timing, but I did a post on your folks too :)

Iacton - November 20, 2009 08:42 AM (GMT)

I'm working on the studio paint of the model currently. I have a couple in stock if you want him?

shorty - November 20, 2009 08:56 AM (GMT)
How tall is he compared to the Scarab Lord and a normal Not GW Marine in Big Big Armor (someone would call the ARmor Terminator but that would make Arnie angry).... ;)

Iacton - November 20, 2009 09:19 AM (GMT)
He's about 70mm high!!!

It looks nothing like anything remotely GW in real life...

Whitehorn - November 20, 2009 09:34 AM (GMT)
Well it looks like a TK Ushabti, but that is very much NOT GW's concept :)

Was this at the PB meet? It feels familiar.

I need to PM you an order :)

Iacton - November 20, 2009 10:29 AM (GMT)
It was at the meet :)
