Title: A new Hope

Jul063 - October 13, 2009 01:45 AM (GMT)
Hello,

so kicking the white and blue out, i recycled the standard marines into a Salamander Force, then get again overwhelmed and built 50 marines in a row...

that's where i was stucked before getting overwhelmed by the real life...

so on the bench,

Salamander as follow:
-Vulkan
-5 TH/SS Termies
-1 Redeemer LR
-10 Sternguards with Drop pod
-20 marines with rhinos
-10 marines with drop pod
-3 attack bikes

Of course everybody got flamer/multimelta...hehe the rule is pretty nice for them

Emperor Children
-20 marines
-1 LR
-2 rhinos

and Space Wolf (as everyone knows, if you're french you must play SW, or Dwarves....)
for those, still not sure if i want a drop pod force of a wild bunch of savages on foot....

so here's teh basis, any idea will be helpful

Cheers

J

Under a rock, with a flask of lukewarm tomato soup...

started the assembly of the puppies...the codex is strong even if the number of models in an army will be slightly lower than in normal army.

so i'm still undecided between doing a wolfwing or a mass of grey hunters, mostly should i go full elite force that strikes fast and furious as a wolf or should i stay with a standard approach of a pack (30ish grey hunters and a couple of fast moving elements)

for the painting side, i'll go back to my test model done years ago...
