So thanks to everyone for the ideas and models. it's a great site here and always fun to see what people have done, so i thought i'd throw some of mine had there for you all to see.
My green stuff and Plastic card skills are still very lacking so i hope to improve on that soon and have little more work to show you all when i can get a carmea or have a friend take pic of my minis again.

Off to a nice start, mate.
I like the colour you have gone with for the armour of your Alphas.
Is it straight out of a pot of a mix of your own?
For a first attempt at a True scale, that looks pretty good.
I haven't even thought about trying to go down that route.
I look forward to seeing more pics as you add to them. ;)

Yvraith @ Thank alot. Ive been working on them off and on as i get time.
The purple is my own mix after getting alot of input from here and were ever else i could. In the end it was made up of
1/5- skull white (GW)
2/5- Sick Blue (vallejo)
2/5- Royal Purple (vallejo)
The true scale will open up alot more after i finish the 2000 points i have set side for Per-Hersey army. I had a left over ter and no Comander yet so i thought i'd give a try at it.
