looks awesome - what's your grey palette?
Dargor - October 26, 2009 06:00 PM (GMT)
Thank you guys.It was actually pretty quick, the grey palette is Adeptus battlegrey(2 coats) over a black undercoat, codex grey highlights and fortress grey fine highlights.Shading was first devlan mud and the very thinned chaos black. As i said, quick and easy! :)
Cheers!

It looks very effective, I love the richness of the red helmet too, not an easy colour to do.

Wow, this guy looks great for a test mini! The grey looks good, and the gold really sets it off nicely! My only criticism is the top knot, which I hate in all its forms (although I have to admit that you've done a good job of that also! :) )

Gotta say, hate it, but only because its holding the head of one of my beloved Thousand Sons!! Seriously though that paint job is pristine and if the army looks anywhere near as lovely as your Emperors Children then it will be fantastic. You taking these to the TF event or keeping with the ECs?
