I've been working on a scratch-sculpt kit for these, but the existing parts available can make a pretty good copy. Most of it is quite obvious -

Cadian helmet plus top knot
Red scorpion chests
Mk5/6 legs from CSM/SM/Berserkers
Legs from Catachans/CSM/Scouts

The fun bit is sculpting the iconography onto the shins and chest and doing all that lovely chainmail!

There is a few Chaos space marine chests that look like they would make good MK1 Chests.

The quickest and easiest way to do it is get CSM or SM legs, shave off the back of the greaves and the upper thighs and hips, then GS chainmail on the areas. The CSM Bezerker chests usually work well with it. Lastly is just a Cadian head, which you can model a couple different ways. Easiest is just to shave down the IG icons and put a horsehair crest on there
