Title: The Heroic Loken!

Here's Loken done up for action on Istvaan. Already in the Sons of Horus colours, he's scratched out the Eye and redone the wolf to identify himself as Loyalist. Just a nice character to have as I may assemble a Loyalist Istvaan army of a mixed group of EC SOH and DG's and try to give them a beaten up look. Anyhow see what you think.

He looks cool man, though personally, I don't like the topknot thing... That's a nice green colour though.

Nice paint job there. Give's me a bit of a Space wolf feel but that could be the red hair topknot. Keep them comeing. Big fan of the green armor.

I modelled this one too - I was going for a mini-Abaddon topknot, to tie in with the legion.
Fortronus: it's blond, surely... not red? He is described as fair-haired in the books, as opposed to the "sons" like Aximand who were dark haired and skinned like Horus.

Yeah I tried to do a strawberry blonde with yellow hair and an orange ink wash. Does look a bit on the ginge side though :rolleyes:

Haha see i knew it had some red in there i like it actully tho it's a nice look . Looking at it again it could be the Chops on the side to. i need to catch up on my reading tho been doing alot of painting of late need to update myself with little more of the PH history.

Very nice...the only thing I dont like is the Space Wolf mutton chops. And Im not to fond of the hair color, though I do know it is supposed to be fair. I always imagined Loken with silvery blond hair.

I was reknowned locally for my mutton chops, from the age of about 16-20... it was my defining characteristic amongst a legion of clean-shaven or goatee-ed rock fans and gamers! :D

It's a great mini and paint job but like others have said i have always imagined Loken without the topknot and as Manneus Drath said with silvery blond hair
