They are absolutely great, but if I had that kind of skill I'd have stuck to gold personally:

Well if you read the BL book Armageddon, one of the Black Templar verterans weilds a lascannon "like it was only a bolt pistol" so in theory i guess its possible.

It's a great concept for the heavy weapons, I believe I'll be using it (I have a spare couple of heavy flamer arms...).

Well being an energy weapon, I can't imagine that it would have much of a recoil, so it would just be a matter of being able to support the weapons weight.

i think some of the diehard custode and sister of silence fans should get together and make a codex for PH games....i started one and i could easily finish it in a few days(time to balance the units)
