Hmm the Lucius the Eternal package is available but you do end up losing all your hair and becoming one ugly mo fo. Its up to you though, I'm sure we can come to some sort of arrangement.

Remember that not everything to do with Slaanesh involves beauty - alot of it is the perverse attraction of that which you would normally find revolting - for example the portrait of Fulgrim that enthralls Lord Commander Vespasian, despite the nausea it creates in him.

Hmm, good point Verdesbyrd. However, seeing as I've just played roulete with a fully loaded weapon, I'll take the ugliness (not much of a difference anyway) over the death. I mean, its gotta look better than Nurgle's version - he makes you look bad when you're still alive.

Yeah, but Lucius? Not knowing what happens after the Heresy era (or really, details on Emperor's Children after "Fulgrim,") it seems he's so obsessed with his physical perfection that it's hard to think he'd accept being ugly as part of the Slaanesh-worshipping deal - although I understand Chaos gods are notorious for "altering the deal" - but you'd think if someone wanted to be beautiful (even if that meant garish clothes and makeup were included) Slaanesh would allow it.

Do you remember when Lucuis started carving gouges into his face after he met with Serena? Basically, he continues to carve scars onto his face until he looks like a road map. And I believe it also said something to the effect that since Lucius was already flawed after having his nose broken by Loken, he may as well not try anymore.
Whoops, IP issue - the information given in this post is from the Black Library novel Fulgrim and is not my original work (hope that works as a disclaimer).

In the fluff *Meow* in the current and previous editions of Codex Chaos Space Marines Lucius the Eternal was originally a Lord Commander and he'd began ritually scarring himself to mark important kills. He was a champion in the pit fights organised by Fulgrim on his daemon world when they were unable to go a defiling. Lord Commander Cyrius killed him in one of the pit fights, and as 'Slaanesh was loathe to let such a promising protege go' Cyrius slowly started turning into Lucius, and this is how he is immortal and earned the sobriquet 'the Eternal'.
