of course you would never pick someone modern or contemporary (david fincher aside) as you have to keep the facade of indie king, don't you?

That's not true, I like every director from your list except for Soderbergh
None of his movies are really good
If I'd expend my list Scorcese, von Trier and Tarantino would be there
There's nothing indie about any of the directors on my list, they're all well known world-wide

Cause you keep verifying it. And I don't have the problem what anyone listens to, you can listen to African folk music for all I care. It's when someone is insecure enough that they feel the need to put down stuff other people like that it gets annoying.
