i watched i am legend tonight, which was the opening night for the film nationwide. i thought the movie was ridiculous, but the pop corn was great, and i really felt sorry for the poor dog. seriously, when it died, i started crying. when i came back home, i was huggin my own dog for ages.

I didn't find I AM LEGEND to be that great either. They really should stop doing CGI zombies in movies - they are NOT scary. I did love the dog too though.

Oh shit. The dog dies?? There's no way I'm going to see that now!! I adore dogs!

The Matrix - 8/10

I do love this film... so stylised and really gets you thinking. The film gets people anaylising more than there is though.... it talks about illusions and reality but the characters themselves have so many of their own illusions and realities.

Like Morpheus has the hope in finding the 'one' and it keeps him going and makes him fight harder

Neo is told by the Oracle that he's isn't the one - I don't think it matters if he is or not, because it means more to find it out for himself. If she said he was the one then he would have taken it for granted.

Its all about perspective and illusion which makes up our own reality... and the possibility that comes from that, that comes from within!

Now watch part 2 and 3!!!!!!!!!

It's very SIMILAR to the first one, and Nicholas Cage is the UGLIEST creature in existence, but I thought it was pretty good. Truth be told, Riley is the only character I actually LIKED.

Brilliant script, brilliant actors. I was quite shocked when I watched it, especially the ending is incredibly sad. It's in my top 5 of favourite movies.

Even still I want to be in a madhouse with Angelina Jolie :beer:

Evita was on tv - 7.5/10 - very good specially for a standard musical, it used to put me to sleep but this time I managed to watch the whole thing
