Zamau - December 3, 2007 07:33 PM (GMT)
Why Did Eggman abandon Omega? he was the last and most powerful of the e series robots. Why did Eggman decommisioned him, what did Omega do before Sonic Heroes?

That's a good point, why would he leave him in there?
Well there was a Shadow robot in there, maybe he was there to stop him if he escaped?

I think the Omega series just went out of date that's all. Take a look at Eggmans newest robots.

Maybe it wasn't even Egg Doc. Probably Metal Sonic... maybe.

I believe Omega is a remake of Gamma. Once he was rebult, he has of no use and left to rust.
Zamau - December 24, 2007 11:26 AM (GMT)
A remake of Gamma with more power, he seemed like a character just brought in to be the power on Team Dark in Sonic Heroes. The last and most powerful of the E - Series robots Dr Eggman should have kept him.
P.Cyber - December 24, 2007 07:19 PM (GMT)
True, may be he was replaced by Metal Sonic once Metal Sonic was upgraded to Metal Sonic X. If you think about it, why would you need a line of robots if you had Metal Sonic X? That's probably why he left him.
Morgan the Hedgehog - December 24, 2007 11:16 PM (GMT)
What I heard was that Eggman created Omega to protect Shadow while he was dormant. However, he wasn't fully programed.
Hiroko Kitsune - December 25, 2007 02:32 AM (GMT)
Omega was just there to bring together Team dark. We haven't seen Omega since then...
Morgan the Hedgehog - December 26, 2007 02:47 PM (GMT)
Omega was in Shadow the Hedgehog
