And that's not even half his sprites!
Contact me before using them, okay? I've had enough trouble ripping the base sprites before I realized there was already a Sonic Advance 3 Tails sprite sheet on the internet.
Update: (July 17th)
Updated sprites. Added credit tag to Dan Sidney for sprites I couldn't rip myself.

I have an idea - if you're the older brother of Tails, why don't you look it? Maybe you could splice with Sonic (Tails' head and tails) so you look older and taller?

I've been planning on doing that but I've put it off so much I kinda grew onto the look. And for all I care, Zippo can have stunned height growth. :TailsStreach: Ima go do my homework now. The cursed homework.

Okay, I'm gonna need to know; WHY Tails "Brother" can use fire and why he has a chao. Your Sprites are okay, I couldn't work on a sprite sheet for very long so yeah, I give you a 7/10. I might look like I'm going easy on you, but I personally like them! ^_^

Make the clothes a little bit more 3-D, or eles it'll look like a jumpsuit xD
Add some shading to the clothes
If he's older than Tails, he must be taller, you could splice Sonic, or do it yourself ^^
