SHE IS DEAD, for god's sake. Dead things, in shows, usually appear to one of their friends in a peaceful state such as this. Stop analyzing the episodes for any hint that she willcome back, because she is just plain DEAD.

Cosmo is dead. She might have been brought back to life in the form of the seed Sonic gave Tails. But that's it.

That's the most likely explanation, considering the Japanese version showed Sonic and Shadow using Chaos Regeneration to bring her back. (Why the Dub made the stupid decision to cut it out, we'll NEVER know.) Whether or not it worked is still up for speculation. So many fics have been made based off of this that I think it's about time TMS made a fourth season and give us an answer already. -_-

I don't watch Sonic X, but from what I've heard, I can safely assume she's dead. Shot with a giant lazer cannon... Probably not a single chance she'd revive. Even through that seed... The closest that seed could do is creating her in body.... But not in mind. It would be physically impossible for a seed to grow into cosmo mind-wise as well.


And yes, the only feasible way that Cosmo could tell Sonic that is through spirit, soul, or stuff like that. Either that or a letter she wrote before she died, which I don't think is very likely.

So, yes, cosmo did really die from what I know. Mind you, I don't watch Sonic X, and the only things I know about it are from what I've heard about from other people, so I might be misinformed for all I know.

2Tails, you are obviously only listening to the people that wish that Cosmo would come back. You probably only made this topic to hear people's stupid idea's for her to come back, and you only listen to them and just want everyone else that has actually opened their eyes and noticed she got OBLITERATED, and there is no possible way, even in a TV show, that she could, nor would, come back, to shove it and go away.

This further proves the above. You only care about people who want her to come back, and their idiotic theories that she could defy a death of being completely destroyed by a beam. No, she is NOT coming back. And you people forgot to add that the seed might even be the remnants of a previous snack, probably a pea or seed from a green bean, that she forgot to eat earlier, and gave to Sonic so that he might have something to eat if he got hungry on the trip back to Earth. You are obviously blind to the fact that the seed might not even be Cosmo, because it would have gotten destroyed with the rest of her, and it could be any other plant.

I hafta agree with everyone else, other than the Cosmo supporters. I've heard a lot about her death. I also heard about her "coming back" to tell Sonic, whatever it was that she needed to say. Here's another icebreaker, m'kay?

I am not taking sides here, so don't be going at me for an opinion. Cosmo died, and that's the end of it. She did it to save the universe or galaxy, or whatever (can't remember....). There's probably not a chance that the seed Tails planted is Cosmo. I'm not taking any sides, and I'm just stating my opinion/point.

Also, considering that cosmo's dead and the only reasonable way she could've told sonic that she's on another planet is through her soul/spirit/so on, that could also imply that this other planet is actually heaven.

On the episode 77,There was a problem.Dark Oak was taking over Cosmo's home planet and her friends were trying to stop it from sucking up its energy.Soon,Cosmo went to Dark Oak's location with the seven Chaos Emeralds in hand.She climbed up the tree,but then the tree started attacking her.She lost the emeralds and then,this weird effect happened on everyone. Cosmo thought up another plan and used her jewel.She then brought through the force Sonic and Shadow were stuck in,and she planted herself on the planet. She obliged Tails to shoot her with the energy and Tails became sad,but did it anyhow. She blew up,and then that's all.
