Title: Before or After Shadow's Game?

Wondering on people's opinions, do you guys still like Shadow even after his game? or were you pushed back by it?
Personally I was mixed, I didn't like the normal mode for him because of the odd story-line, if he were normal he'd be a robot in the story-line.
Although my confusion was stopped after next gen when Shadow's personality was shown more.
what do you guys think of the current Shadow?

I'm not a big fun of shadow. I like him in SA2/SA2B after that the character story-line seen to by muck up and very confusing. So I say shadow's story-line is muck by Sega

I'm neutral on him. I was before and after his game. I didn't like the game too much I have to say, but it didn't change my opinion about him.
I think Sega bringing in a personality like his was healthy for the Sonic franchise anyway. He's a popular character. According to the official Sega poll, he's the 2nd favourite amongst fans.

Shadow is amazing! I think that his game was a bit strange (Still trying to beat it, but I only just got it in like August 07 I also just beat all dark). Shadow is a great character, and the game did bring a bit of darkness into the Sonic world, which proved that it's not always sparkly (I'm not saying that it always is). Also I think they added a lot to Shadow's past in order to get the game going. Like in the end when Eggman confesses to Shadow that (Spoiler)... and yeah. I might haven't finished the game, but I read a lot.

I think Shadow is a very cool character, he has been before his game and he still is after his game. Actually, though I'm not the biggest fan of his game because the storyline and game play were a little out of whack, it made me think more highly of Shadow. This is because it really shows how detailed his past is and how much to him there really is. It's obvious that they really worked hard to develop him as a character, though I have to say some parts of his past were weird and should have been left out.
Also, he talked more then he ever has in his game, which helped bring out a little bit more of his character and personality.
