Ok my bro asked this and, frankly I didn't know the answer. xD
Everyone knows Metal Sonic turned into a giant robot on sonic heroes.
but how is this really possible? xD
with Metal Sonic the giant chunks of PERFECTLY built metal made him giant.

This makes no sense, first off why would there be built chunks of metal? they seemed to come out of nowhere, and the other thing is how could Metal get the power of a bumillion super magnets to get them to come to him?

Actually, this makes sense, as he copied the other´s data, and Chaos´s power. That made him so powerful.

Speaking of the lighting, why does he only get zapped once? Lightning can strike the same place twice. That's why lightning rods work.

Lightning rods aren't supposed to attract lightning, there supposed to prevent it.
