Okay. I'm a bit bored, and I'd just like to rate a few sprites/ pixel art to help people improve. :]

However, a few rules apply:

• Absolutely NO stolen artwork. It's against the rules here, and will automatically be rejected by me if I know from the start that you stole it; you'll also receive a warn in the process....
• I'm not too fond of rating animations, so, none of that this time, plz. ^^;
• If you edited a PA/sprite from a base made by someone; er, I mean, as long as it has a tag on it that asks to give credit, please do so.

Alright. and now for the difficulty levels:

easy (Very easy. Barely any challenge at all.)

Moderate: Easy, but with a little challenge. It's a pretty friendly way to get yor stuff rated.

Moderately harsh: Not exactly quite too harsh, but not exactly moderate, either. I WON'T be rude, but I'll show more honesty in what I think are cons and pros.

Harsh: Pure honesty is given out; and like I said, no matter how harsh, I won't intentionally come toward as it as uber- offensive. Sure, maybe I'll be pretty pessimistic, but, no insulting or humiliating.

Meh, alright then, I'll try.

Okay then, first off, I'd like to ask... why are his legs just about ALL white? Also... the little blue line in his waist looks like a belt... isn't just about his whole torso blue?
And about the white legs... he has blue stubs that connect his body to his legs... make sure to fix that.

Secondly... His head is basically just a mere circle... he has no specified "muzzle"; only the white paint around his face.
So... for that, make sure to redo most of the head. Also, the eyes aren't shaped like Sonic's... I mean, they almost look like sun visors in the Archie comic pic. His nose should also be a bit thicker; it's different than just Sonic's nose painted white.

Thirdly, his mouth should'nt be off to the side. In the reference pic, it's at the very front, and it's not closed; it a more robotic- like styled mouth, which is one that appears open constantly.

Oh, and the white little metal "tuft" of hair in the front could use quite a bit of work, actually. It's not as straight as it is in your version... I dunno how to explain how to fix it except to say that you probably need to look closer at the reference.

Okay, this is probably the last detail I'll point out for now:
About his boots... yeah, why did you add gray lines to them? X_x They also take up more leg space, so try to fix that, too.


That's all I can point out at the moment... and sorry for being kinda vague; I'm not the best at explaining things... but hopefully it was clear enough to understand. ^^;

But, yeah... in conclusion, this needs a lot more editing done.
