I was just curious, where does sonic live?
in sonic adventure he was sent to earth, in satam it's Mobious, sonic x it's a planet that used to be earth but split in two, and i've heard it's earth in the future.

I don't know on that one. I think his original home was supposed to be Mobius. All of a sudden the creators are putting him on Earth, maybe to make Sonic interact with humans and the series interesting but I'm not sure. I do believe he's on Mobius in the comic series. As for Sonic X it could be Earth in the future, but on the first episode Sonic should've recognized the planet yet all he got was the moon. He's got a lot of homes and I don't know which is official. -_-

His original homeland is Mobius in Sonic X, but I don't know about any of the games xD I do know (I think) that he goes to Earth...

Although it did say in Sonic X that Earth and Mobius used to be the same planet but separated. But I don't know if that will apply to any of the games ^^;

This is really confusing... but it seems he´s on Earth, as there are plenty of humans. BOOOORING. I wanna see Sonic on Mobius again, with anthro animals, not some humans. D=>

Well, I find it more reasonable if Mobious is Earth in the future because Eggman's grandfather was on Earth...

I am very sure that the planet he REALY lives is Mobius. (He is a mobian) But in the games they put them on earth because the people want to Sonic to comunicate with humans and so on...

technacilly Sonic, your blue little hero, lives on mobius on a sectored island.
Sonic X has some thing to do with whats going on and how Sonic got to Earth, i guess, so mostly he is awaiting his transport back to Mobius in Sonic X, and in the Sonic games he shows no real sympathy for Earth nor maybe cares for it, for he just cares about getting home, so does the whole sonic team to (ST as in the game ST, not the producers.)
